We called and the responded within an hour to come and check a sewer block, Jeremy was very informative and patient with us. He cleaned it out and gave us an estimate for some future work that would be needed. Although, we only paid for the initial call to come out and clean the pipes, and declined on the future work, this company was very responsive and polite!

Got a water leak on my pipe from the street to the Maine. The response time was really great and technician Mario was awesome . They are not the cheapest but the service was great. It turns out my water pressure regulator was failing at the street side and had to replace that as well.

Preferred Plumbing is fantastic! I had a great experience with these super friendly plumbers. Everyone has been really friendly and helpful at explaining and taking care of my plumbing needs. I had issues with my dishwasher water line stop that wouldn't come off. It was stuck in there good from the home builders that had screwed it in too tight and used cheap material. On top of that, the builders left the pipe short and it made the job more difficult than it had to be. Alan took out the old stop to replace it with a new stop, and nothing is leaking anymore. I'm very happy with their work and how they treated me like a person. They were the only plumbers I called that was able to squeeze me in on the same day and get the work taken care of same day. I need to get more pluming work done on my home and I will definitely be calling Preferred plumbing back!

I needed to replace my garbage disposal and called around for quotes. One place quoted me as much as $365 for a 30 minute job.. My sister and I attempted to replace it ourselves, however there were a few small leaks. I stumbled upon Preferred Plumbing and gave them a call. They were able to come out within a few days and fix the leaks within about 20 minutes. On top of that, they didn't charge me a penny for the repairs. Friendly and good customer service, I highly recommend!
