For such an awful situation we had the best experience with Preferred Plumbing. They were easy to talk to and gave us different options for problem solving. They communicated every step they took and just made us feel so comfortable with the big decisions we had to make. Our family had a plumbing issue at 9:30 pm on a Thursday night with our toilets, showers, and bathtub not draining. We called Preferred Plumbing and they had someone out to our house in about 30 minutes. David provided awesome service, explaining to us what went wrong and exactly how he was going to fix the issue. From the time we discovered our problem to the job being completed was about 2 hours! I hope we never have another plumbing problem but it's comforting to know we've found plumbers that provide knowledgeable service if we ever do.

We had a slow draining sink, and got a lot of extra help when it became apparent that other issues with our plumbing were part of the problem too. They took charges off when that portion of the work was ineffectual then found the reason the slow drainage had continued. They did on the spot pipe replacement below the house and did their best to keep it within our savings.

We had a clog at 10pm last night in the home we just purchased. All the showers, the toilets, everything just stopped. Nobody wants to have to search for a 24 hour emergency plumber when you've just moved in! David got here in less than 30 minutes, searched around in the dark for our clean out since we had no idea about it (we actually don't have one), and got our system flowing in under 45 minutes! And best of all, he was just an all around nice guy. No high pressure tactics, super professional, and even looked through our home warranty with us to see if we'd be covered. It was a great experience for something you REALLY don't want to have to do. By the way - I called four other ""24/7"" plumbers and STILL haven't gotten a call back at 11am the next day. David and Preferred Plumbing will now always be our preferred solution!

My shower drain had a bad hair clog that I couldn't clean out my self, David and Robert came out to my house with in a half hour. They quickly took the drain plug off, which I was having trouble removing to do job myself, which was tough to open. They used their electric powered plumbing snake and cleared out a huge hair clog. Put everything back in place and completed the job. They were professional and knowledgeable. I do believe I would use them again for my plumbing needs.
