Stop looking for a plumber!!! And go with Preferred Plumbing!!! There plumbers are so honest. Again I called them for quote. And instead of charging me a arm and a leg. The plumber gave me a great solution for the work that I needed done. Now I know how to do it myself without a lot easier and much much cheaper. Not as nice looking if Preferred Plumbing would have done it. But a very very cost saving way. I will call any other plumber except Preferred Plumbing.

10 STARS IF I COULD!!!My husband and I noticed a leak nearby our old water heater on Saturday morning. We started to panic and I immediately looked up plumbers nearby me on Yelp. I saw that Preferred Plumbing was nearby and had amazing reviews so I contacted them right away. Within minutes David responded to my voicemail inquiry and had a technician come out to help turn our water off and figure out where the leak was coming from. It turns out one of our pipes from behind our water heater burst and caused some water damage. David then came out to walk us through the options and recommended replacing our water heater and doing a temporary set while we work through homeowners insurance process. Since we knew our water heater was old we opted for David's recommendation to be able to get our water turned back on, the pipe fixed, and a new water heater installed that same day. David and the technicians were so professional and helpful every step of the way! They worked quickly and throughly to fix the bad pipe and my husband and I couldn't be happier with how hot are water had been and the quality of work they did to take care of the pipe/water heater issue. Since my husband and I are new homeowners discovering the leak was so stressful but David and his team did an amazing job and put all our worries to rest by taking care of the issues. I would choose them again and again in a heartbeat, thankful for an honest and quality business. Choose Preferred Plumbing, they will absolutely take care of you!

My family and I woke up to a broken water heater on the weekend and after multiple calls with the existing manufacturer and Edison, we were informed the water heater was out of warranty and needed to be replaced. I called Preferred Plumbing and David was incredible to work with. I've worked in customer service for over 20 years and David couldn't have been better. David and his team came onsite the next day and replaced the water heater without issue. I'm super critical to perfection and Preferred Plumbing couldn't have done a better job.

Our sink was leaking. We called six plumbers to come out, and this vendor was the only one who was able to come out the same day.
