Being a landlord for 20 years, I have worked with more than 20 plumbers but i have never seen any plumber as honest and knowledgeable like David From Preferred plumbing. He came to my rental property exactly on time as what we scheduled, he identified the issue with the 2 toilet clog immediately . Additionally he went above and beyond to check on the outside ""cleaning pipe"" to make sure there was no issue with the main pipe. He is super responsive , knowledgeable and helpful! I would recommend preferred plumbing to anyone.

I guess their service is good for the people that accepted their quote. Mine started at $2700, $2500 with a discount and finally $2100 with a call to his manager. Yes, I found another plumber and had my water heater installed for a reasonable price. My suggestion is to check the age and warranty on your water heater and shop before it leaks.

On Saturday morning we noticed there was water flowing in our living room and dining room. We contacted our warranty company first and they assigned us a plumbing company with one star yelp rating, considering the bad experience we had previously and this is an urgent issue, we decided to hire someone with good yelp rating and we found preferred plumbing, we actually contacted another company with more reviews but they were unable to come immediately and Preferred Plumbing was the only company willing to take this emergency call and came to our house immediately. They were able to identify the issue and kept working on it during the weekend. Nathan the technician not only figured out the watermark issue we originally had, and fix it, but also fix the other issue and a potential issue?they get the whole project done in three days and they also referred us to their partner company who is focused on damage restoration so we don't need to do another research.

The original cost is around $12,000.00 and they were able to give us a discount as we were paying cash.

They also offered us ten year warranty, if anything happened, parts cost and labor cost will be on them. I am hoping we will never use this warranty.

Overall the experience is great and we are recommending this company.

We were very happy with the job Preferred Plumbing did for us and definitely recommend them. We'd been having problems with our main sewer line for a while and knew it was a matter of time until we needed to replace it since roots kept growing through the old pipe. These guys came out really fast when we called them, snaked to clear out the roots and put a camera down to evaluate the condition of the pipe. We made the decision to replace the line. It was really nice that we could see for ourselves what the issue was because of the cameras. They were able to start the work that same afternoon, had the new pipe in and hooked up by the end of the following day, and finished filling in the holes and pouring concrete the day after. They were able to figure out the precise places to dig and used some fancy machinery to pull the new pipe through the existing one. It seemed to be a reasonable price. Jeremy who oversaw the job was very nice and professional, explained things thoroughly, stayed in touch with us through out the entire process and always answered our calls if we needed to get in touch with him.

Called this company to have my kitchen drained cleaned. I asked for an estimate, but they did not want to provide it over the phone but rather in person for free. Understandable. Unfortunately I forgot the lady's name that booked me an appointment. They sent me a verification text to confirm my appointment. They also sent a verification text for the day before the appointment and the morning of the appointment to confirm. They sent me an update that my tech was in the way. The appointment was from 0900-1100. The tech Jeremy arrived at 0930. I told Jeremy what the problem was and he went to the source of the draining problem right away. He made an honest assessment of the pipes and what was wrong. I told him about what other plumbing companies were advising on Yelp. I can say that Jeremy and the company he works for were very honest in their assessment. Seemed like the others in here that i contacted were dishonest. Jeremy cleared the problem and said work was guaranteed and if there was a problem they offered a warranty on their work. He also said that the full pressure wash for the pipes didn't need to be done unless the drainage problem continues. Other companies were saying that the full pressure wash wouldn't take care of the drain problem and that they would have to go to each outlet and charge extra. This was not the case. Hire preferred plumbing for your plumbing needs. Thank you!

We had an excellent experience. We received same day service within hours. Our technician "" Allen""and team were very thorough , giving a step by step update on everything they had to do.

He was suppose to come 8am-10am and he showed up at 11am??

We were told when he came in for an estimate - it would be $225. Then after he's been there after 3-4 hours and taking all three of our toilets out. He said $1,500???? That is ridiculous. He kept calling because he didn't know what he was doing. He was not experienced at all. We couldn't use the bathroom for 8 hours.

Do not go to them at all! They are a RIPOFF and they lied. After saying it would be $225 then charging us $1,500. Do not go to them at all! Avoid them at all cost. They are not honest!

We called and the responded within an hour to come and check a sewer block, Jeremy was very informative and patient with us. He cleaned it out and gave us an estimate for some future work that would be needed. Although, we only paid for the initial call to come out and clean the pipes, and declined on the future work, this company was very responsive and polite!

Made an appointment on Monday for the following Friday afternoon. They never showed up. Now we have to wait another week for another plumbing company to come do the job.
