This company is outstanding. I highly recommend and would definitely use them again. They helped me out immensely when I was managing a property in Mount Pleasant for a deceased family member. It was a tragic situation for our family, and having to deal with home repairs was the last thing we wanted to do. Chris and his team were incredible... friendly, courteous, responsive, and easy to work with. We worked with two of their technicians, one for plumbing and one for HVAC. Both were highly professional, showed up on time, explained things clearly and did excellent work. I wish every company I worked with was a good as this one!!!

I used Preferred Home Services to fix a very clogged drain. Robert F. was timely and efficient. He gave me a price prior to the repair. He fixed the drain quickly. Gave 4/5 just because I felt the price was a little high, but didn't really have anything to compare it to. Would use him again.

Called me back when the truck was on it's way within the time frame quoted in the initial phone call. Quoted me prices for the quick fix and the full fix of the problem.
