A true Wolf in Sheep's Clothing. Acts like a gentleman. Well spoken. However, he'll rip you off given the chance. Provided me a quote to perform a job in 3 hours ~ two hundred dollars worth of labor. Instead I just called someone from home depot and they did it in 30 minutes flat. It doesn't take 3 hours to replace a garbage disposal!

Ok! So Carlton is awesome, peeps! The online communication (e-mail) was punctual and prompt. We set up an appointment ahead of time as he was traveling. He came on time to the second - I am not kidding! He was here at 8:15AM. I love punctual people - so easy to work with them. Our project involved replacement of an old stainless steel security door, with a new one and two dead bolts on our gate and the new security door. Carlton did an outstanding job and had to grind like crazy the door (the cavity was filled with concrete!) :) He has a very easy going personality and puts you at ease, so if anyone has """"home repair anxiety"""", Carlton is your man. Very honest and simply great person to work with. We strongly recommend him, even though we really don't want him to get too much popularity before we are done with our house projects! :)

If you are looking for an efficient, capable, and trustworthy handyman look no further. We are so glad to have found Carlton to fix multiple repairs. He installed a kitchen faucet, patched several dry wall holes, and installed closet doors. Thanks to Carlton we have a great handyman to turn to when the punch list gets long.

We emailed Calrton on 12-26 to see if he could move a chandelier light fixture, plaster hole, and install new chandelier. He responded within 1 hour and scheduled the work for 5 days later. His work was impeccable and I thought his rate was very fair. Will definitely use him again!

I really wanted to try his handyman because of the great reviews, but left a message on December 9 and no responses from him and today is December 13. The picture of him seems like a nice guy and from the reviewers, but because of no phone call back after leaving a message I have to give a 1 star. Even if you are busy at least respond after a day or two.

We're very happy with all the work Carlton did for us today - he replaced an old collapsed particle board flooring under our kitchen sink cabinet with a sturdy wood flooring that fits perfectly and is reinforced underneath; he also installed a sliding rack to fit our recycling bins. Very professional work and reasonably priced. Carlton was also thoughtful working around our cats to make sure they wouldn't get out! Thank you!

Carlton has now been to our home twice to fix multiple repairs, each job rightfully lasting several hours. He was able to fix almost every single one of them including: washer/dryer hookup replacements, toilet hookup replacements, balcony doors not locking, door weather strippers, stove burners not working, patching up holes in walls and painting, and a bunch of other small jobs as well. He did not hesitate to let me know where there was something he would not be able to fix: baseboard heaters not turning on for instance. And for that, he deferred me to an electrician. I did not mind at all, and was grateful that he saved me time in not trying to mess with it himself. He has a reasonable price and excellent work demeanor. Very kind, very honest and shows up exactly on time. I definitely recommend him for any general handywork that you need done! Thanks again for everything Carlton. -Suzanne
