Great company with an incredibly professional staff to boot
Customer service is on point and they are easy to get a hold of as well
They are dependable, hard working and clean
I recommend them to all my friends and I've never had a complaint
Give them a call for yourself and see what is all the hype!
Been a customer of Precision Water Works for several years and am very happy. Their prices are reasonable and their customer service is excellent. Highly recommend this business.
We have been using this company for years, and they do a great job. The workers are always respectful and on time. The secretaries are very accommodating to our schedule. We are happy to have found them!
After almost 10 years of service, we told them we do not want them to come open the sprinklers. We have paid them to come out every fall and spring to open and close the sprinkler system. Since we did have them come out I wanted the floor plan of where every pipe and head is located. The woman at the office told me since I am not longer a customer they deleted my information.
It makes no sense for a company to delete all your information because you did not ask them to come for one visit. We are still a customer and usually customers call the company that installed them if an issue arises. Poor service to completely wipe a customers file simply because they said no to coming for a single service. It costs them pennies to keep a digital map of the pipes and sprinkler heads.
Cindy R.Great business!!!! Always a pleasure to deal with them!!! It's nice to deal with a lovely family business!!!!
I have been a customer of Precision Waterworks for about 20 years and I have no idea what has happened to them. They installed my in ground sprinklers and have maintained them for all these years. At the beginning of this year, I received a letter from the company saying that all business had to be paid for in advance or they would not come out and service your account. I called to question it and they said it had nothing to do with me as I have always paid my bills on time, but they had been burnt by some customers and that they decided to institute this policy. When I spoke with other people about this, they suggested I should start looking for another company because no companies out on the island had this policy. I decided to continue with them because of the long relationship. My appointment for spring start up was made for April 6th and I also told them I was putting in a patio and that I needed someone to come out to give me an estimate on what needed to be changed around. I was told that someone would be there at 9am. At 9:50 on the morning of the 6th, I called their office to say that the person had not shown up yet. Of course the excuse was stuck in traffic, but from Deer Park to my house would take about 40 minutes, so if someone left at 8am, they would certainly be here by 9. Anyway, I gave the worker check for the work being done that day and he said I would have the estimate in a few days. A few days went by and I happened to be on the side of the house where the water cutoff switch, etc. was located and I saw that water was leaking from a metal piece. I called Precision and was told that someone could come out to take care of it on Monday April 25th. I made the appointment and was very angry that it was going to take that long. I was changing buckets of water every 5-6 hours so that it would not keep going back to my house. I called again to see if they could move it up and they said no! I received the ""estimate"" for the new work which was $374. and I sent them a check. I called and was told that the earliest the work could be done was May 16th. I asked if it had anything to do with getting the payment first and they said no, but I wasn't sure. I asked for me to be called prior to the worker getting to my house as I have a job and just can't wait home all day. They finally came this past Monday and just rang the bell. Luckily I had just walked in, but the worker said he didn't have time to call. He then told me I needed a special part and he did not have it nor did any other trucks in the area. He went back and soldered it and that this would take care of the problem. I was told there would be no charge for this. I said there should be because the leak started after the work was done by Precision to begin with. I asked if I could possibly get the other work moved up. The worker said he would call in and ask and that someone would get back to me that day. Of course, I never received a call on Monday. I called on Tuesday and told the woman who works there that I never received a call. I questioned about if waiting for a check to clear had any meaning as to whey I was given an appointment almost a month out. She replied that this is their busiest time for them. I understand that, but perhaps there should be more staff to take care of their customers. I told her I was upset with how I had been treated in the past. The woman told me she would check with the owner and get back to me about a possible earlier date. She called back about 1/2 hour later and told me that she was returning my check and that they would no longer be taking care of my sprinklers!!! I was appalled about how this whole situation was handled and think the company should be nicer to their customers. They are certainly not gracious and deserve to lose many customers. Thanks so letting me tell my story.
