I don't have a problem with their workers that came out, they were very nice and seemed knowledgeable. I needed the outside cleanout rodded out and he couldn't get it totally clear because of tree roots growing through the pipe joints and he did show me with the camera what was going on. He recommended having it hydro-jetted for $999.00 and he didn't charge me the $149.00 originally quoted, so I did and it did clean it out. I saw the camera in the pipe and it did look cleaned out. It still was draining in the house slowly but they weren't able to correct that problem because of no clean outs in the house. I did find one the next day, and rented a medium size rodder and tried to do it myself. I wasn't able to get it totally clear, it's better but still not right, I'm still working on it. They did spend around 5 hours at my house and really did try, so I do give them credit for that. The first plumber did come out twice to the house and didn't charge me since I paid $999.00. He did mention they could dig on the outside of the house to get to the inside drain but it would cost from $3,000.-$7,000. and I said I would sell the house first before spending that kind of money. I wish I would have read the reviews first, that was my fault. I guess I'm not the only one that got rodded!

I would advise against doing business with this company. Although the staff is professional on the phone,I can't find any other good things to say about Precision. Our technician never sent us a report of the diagnosis, despite promising to do so multiple times.It seems that once they get paid,you no longer matter to them. Based upon the lack of the integrity shown, I cannot in good faith, recommend using Precision for your plumbing needs.

I'm feeling a little ripped off as well. I should have read this first. Live and learn. Trouble with the water heater. It wouldn't relight. They came out for a $49 dispatch fee, when they got there (2 men) they said if they get it to relight they have to charge a relighting fee. I said that was fine but didn't ask how much....I assumed maybe $20 bucks. It relit. They watched it for 15 minutes to make sure it stated lit and gave me a bill for $229. So in other words they charged $180 to push a button. No cleaning of anything, no checking wires just a bill. They also happily gave me a quote for a new water heater of $3300. We ended up replacing it a week later because the pilot kept going out. It was older. We paid another company $1800. No dispatch fee either.

Paul was an excellent technician, we had a basement drain backup he listened to my description of what was going on, he and was able to determine just which tools to use to unblock the drain. Thoroughly recommend Precision Plumbing Heating and Cooling and Paul Dziarmaga.

Richard H. Was out this afternoon, to clear our sewer line and search for broken pipes with the camera. Thankfully, the pipes were all still intact, and the clog was taken care of. Richard was very professional, and extra considerate towards my 83 year old father. He took the time to make sure everything was explained in layman terms, and his field expertise was easily noticed. I would definitely use and refer him for any plumbing problems. An overall five star experience.

Call them to fix our tankless hot water heater
Ask if they work on them when I called they said all the time.
Technician shows up and says he will look at it.
My wife find him on YouTube looking up how to fix a tankless hot water heater.
I didn't know he was on YouTube when he gave us the quote $1100!!!
Told him to fix it one day later and $1100 later fixed nothing!!
Stay away!!

Richard H. arrived exactly within the timeframe given to me and was very friendly and polite. He took time to explain what he was doing and made suggestions for future repairs. He fixed my plumbing issue quickly without leaving a mess. It was a pleasure working with him, I will definitely call Precision again!!

Xavier came out to our house on a Saturday afternoon to look at our furnace that was not heating. He quickly diagnosed the problem and offered several options for us to chose from to fix the issue. He was polite and explained things well. I would recommend him and Precision for HVAC needs. They do good plumbing work as well.

I had a countertop installed with a new sink. Under sink had a leak after the installer left and I called Precision Plumbing, they came out within the hour and fixed my leak.
I was charged $1,340.00 (yes you read this correctly)
Talked with a plumber over the weekend and he said it was a $100.00 dollar job. A bunch of con artists at this company taking advantage of seniors like that.
1 star because I have no choice but their ZERO in my book!
