I agree with a previous review - this company DOES NOT RETURN CALLS. They are quick to take your payment but any follow up is non-existent. Still waiting for resolution to an incomplete install done on May 1. Had a tech here today who was told to do a job I did not ask for. He didn't have the materials to do the job that needed to be done and when he tried to contact his dispatcher, the dispatcher wasn't even available for him. While the technicians are excellent, customer service does not exist and communication between the call center and dispatch is horrible. If dispatch/install refuse to speak to the customer, they have no idea of what work needs to be done. I do not recommend this company.

DO NOT BUY FROM PRECISION TODAY!!! My new furnace and air conditioner were installed on 12/20/24 and it is still not working correctly . Their customer service is horrible - the installation manager does not return phone calls. My second floor vibrates like a massage chair, I keep getting air quality alerts from my Ecobee and can not get the courtesy of a return phone call. I never had these issues with AWE - if I knew then what I knew now I would never have purchased anything from PRECISION today. I hope it cools down so I can turn off the air as I want to wake up tomorrow - I am very concerned about the air quality and the alerts I am getting.

They automatically charged us $240 for a service agreement that we never renewed and cancelled 6 months ago. After calling them 7 times they now say it will take 7-10 business days to get the charge off our credit card. Very poor service!

Replaced hard wired smoke detectors. 3 old detectors were replaced. The electrician was experienced and replaced them with new maintenance free smoke detectors.

Same as other reviewer. Canceled shortly before due to arrive for A/C maintenance appt. Claimed very busy and had too many other appts. Tried to reschedule me for approx. two weeks later at their convenience, not mine. Unprofessional, disorganized and not recommended. Is disappointing since they purchased the business from Dykstra Home Services, which was always reliable, prompt and professional. Zero stars if possible.

Canceled appointment two times on me an hour before they were scheduled to come, before canceling a third time explaining that they don't even provide the service I requested in my area. This has set me back nearly two weeks.
