There isn't enough words I can offer to express how terrific this company was in the face of an impending storm..My A/C in both upstairs and downstairs had issues...they came earlier than expected, repaired my units and I was more than pleased with the service they provided.

Shout out to Kim and to Joe! They handled the situation and my craziness at not having any a/c as a tropical storm was approaching the heat and humidity was unbearable.

Joe explained everything as he fixed it so if something similar happens, I can troubleshoot it! Thanks to both of them....they ROCK!!!

One start!!!! You guys should better get control of your drivers.Was on a Parkway today and one of your drivers was speeding like crazy,got off at the same exist as me,in Bayville...On a traffic light where was only one lane,and he should been only fourth,I guess it was beyond him to wait,he proceeded on a shoulder over the line passing on a right and speeding off again.Terrible,wish I took pic of license plate to report an as*hole for careless driving!!!

They went above and beyond to help us with our attic fan cover having blown off. We needed to cover the hole ASAP and they did it!!! They coordinated with the roofer and had it fixed within 24 hours. They were helpful, kind and a pleasure to do business with:). They are now my new electrician, plumber and whatever other services they provide.

I had a wonderful experience with the installation of a new furnace and air conditioning unit. Two other companies provided me quotes and Jason from Precision Tech gave me the best value for my money. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and meticulous while writing up my job order. I felt very confident in giving my business to them.
The Installation went smooth, the techs who came were respectful of Covid, and did a clean, efficient job.
I am a very pleased customer and highly recommend them.

After happily using this company for 10 years at my primary residence, I hired them for an intricate job at my mom's new condo. I spoke with an electrical sales expert and obtained a prior quote. Expected 2 men for part/full day.
On day of work, one guy showed up without a mask but with booties. I asked for the mask, he showed me he was carrying a bandana (but never put it on) and entered asking""what do we have goin' on?"".. His work order showed ""changing a few outlets and switches"". I called the office to speak to the man who quoted the job, who was unavailable.
Wasted a day for nothing.
Will NEVER call them again.

Used these guys twice. First time was when there was a gas leak and gas was turned off and second time today when HVAC system was shutting off after a couple of minutes. These guys are great... reliable, fair on their pricing and pleasure to have come out. Tommy is the man... he was able to diagnose the broken flame sensor and repair it all within an hour. Back to warm house! I often go to homeadvsior for a lot of contractor stuff, but when it comes to HVAC/plumbing I will be calling Precision.

My review is updated from last September of this year. I had whining noise fixed in shower and handyman I employ fixed hole in wall with brass grates. I am happy with work but still wonder why company does not have plumber put wallboard back. All service people and receptionists very pleasant to deal with. Is a good company!

They installed 2 new AC/furnace systems replacing 20+ year old previous systems, financing was great with 0% for 3 years. Each system was replaced in one day, 2 days total for both replaced. WiFi thermostats included and follow up checkups for the first year. They remedied a problem we had with one system the following year gratis even though we were a month out of warranty. Friendly techs, on-time, thorough and clean. 3rd year using them for maintenance and seasonal check up.

After receiving many estimates I decided to go with Precision Tech Home Services. and boy am I so happy. From the moment Blake walked into my house to give me an estimate I felt relaxed and at ease. He walked me through the whole process and assured me everything was going to be great. The installers, Steve and Christian showed up and treated my home as if it was their own from putting tarps on the floors to vacuuming when they were done. And the office staff was spectacular handling all my permits, rebates and registration warranties. I couldn't ask for a better bunch of professionals. Kudos to all of you.
