Called Precision out to clear tree root out of our main sewar line as proactive maintenance. They came out and cleared the line. Two weeks later, we had sewage waste back up into our basement because their technician failed to properly clear the line. They had to come back a second time to properly do the job but left the basement a mess. I called to speak to a manager several times and never got a call back. Iffy service and terrible customer service.

Beware - this company has very concerning policies and do not stand by their services. We had a tech come out to unclog a shower and sink that were both backing up in our master bathroom. Both the sink and the shower were snaked, and at first it seemed that the issue was resolved, but after roughly 40 days the exact same issue started happening again. I called the company to see if they would make good on their services, but they informed me that because the tech did not write down on the receipt that they snaked the sink we would be required to pay another hourly rate for the sink to be unclogged again. They do not care about customer satisfaction, or successful completion of a job. You will pay $300 every time they come out, and oftentimes it will not be fixed the first time.

tech is great , but company policy is going after your money. they are going to find any way to charge your money. got charge for not sending the right tech first time. switched to we charge by the hour instead of the job and charge a bigger bill then expected. they will not return wrongful charge and dont care about customer.

The two men who cleaned my drains were polite, respectful and provided expert, excellent service. This is an exceptional company! I had a flooding toilet during COVID and I am quite a distance away. They came on a Saturday after 10 other companies said they could not make it happen. Great service!

After calling 6 different plumbers in the Philadelphia and philly suburb area for an emergency toilet back-up who were unresponsive we somehow came across precision. Precision dIspatched two plumbers wIthin an hour and they resolved our toilet emergency . Greg and Mike were our plumbers and were very professional, knowledgeable and displayed a sense of urgency which we really appreciated.
