I can't say enough great things about Precision Sewer and Drain. After years of dealing with many different plumbers, only to result in frustrating experiences and subpar work, I was so thrilled to be connected with Precision Sewer and Drain through a referral from my neighbor. The owner Eric is fantastic to work with, and he shows up himself to deal with our issues. Often when I have plumbers at my house, they are difficult to communicate & schedule with and usually quite messy. This is not the case with Eric. He's very responsive ,shows up on time and is very easy to communicate with. He takes the time to explain everything in detail. His team are always pleasant to be around and very clean. He has done both big and small jobs for us. He replaced all of our sewer piping underneath our 1925 house. We had problems with it for years and ever since Eric did the repair work we have not had one issue. He's also done various work on our kitchen renovation, installing faucets and drains, etc. His pricing is fair, and I always feel like I know exactly what I'm paying for. Again it's always a pleasure working with Eric and his team and we will be using them as our regular plumbers from here on out. Definitely give them a try!

Precision is a fantastic plumbing company. Most impressive about them is that the owner himself is very hands-on. Whenever I need something done he is available 24 /7 and does great work and stands by his work if there's ever a problem. I had a pretty big job at one of the properties, and he came, and his price was very competitive, in fact on the lower end, but with a higher quality result. That makes me happy.

He contacted his friend Eric at Precision and Erik's men came out and unstuck our sewer line and had to replace some pipe, all on the same day. I appreciated that.
