Great work! Good communication, great work ethic, and done in a timely manner. Very nice and respectful and communicated very well throughout the whole process. Wonderful job!!

BEWARE !!!!! This is for all my friends in the Birmingham area. They say foolish people get what they deserve (in fact I think I have said that). So, I deserve what I got but wanted you to be aware. The picture is hard to read. It is an invoice from Precision Services. I had them come today to 1. replace the flushing assembly in one of my toilets, 2. Fix the bathroom fan. Their person, a young kid who looked about 18, arrived at 9:05AM and left at 10:20AM. The actual time working was 45 minutes. He 1). replaced the flusing assembly with a kit I bought at Lowes but said he had to use a part he brought (the plastic thing that goes up and down as the water rises - you can find them at Lowes for under $20). 2). Looked at the fan and told me it couldn't be fixed. I would need a new one. Cost: 1. Replace """"flusher assembly"""" - $332.28 2. Looked at bathroom fan for 5 minutes - $79.95 TOTAL - $412.73 Again, I deserve what I got. I didn't ask for an estimate because his Facebook site was recommended by one of my friends and I saw several church members names who had """"liked"""" his page when I went there. So I learned my lesson. But wanted anyone who was thinking of doing business with this guy, this is what kind of business he runs. PS: I did some googling and the most expensive estimate I could find for doing this was $150 by a qualified plumber. Lesson Learned ...

Precision Services provided prompt and wonderful service on Chdistmas Day! Thank you!

March 2016 this company appeared in my internet search for window A/C installation so I called for a quote. The A/C unit was new in the box, delivered to our home by Sears, Inc. The repairman gave me a quote of between $300 and $500, so outrageous that I refused and asked him to lower price. He called headquarters and agreed to install for $179.40. From the start, he was in a hurry, ripping open the box and discarding the manufactuers' instructions totally. He knew that the instructions said to mount the housing with the heavy unit left out ...this would have allowed him to adjust a light weight housing properly with the correct level for the condensation to drain and the foan seal to be inserted at the bottom of the unit easily. He did it his way which was wrong. He combined the housing and the unit before beginning installation. He wrestled around with the heavy combination, did not know what the foam strip was for and did not place it square in the window. My husband explained the reason for doing it the manufacturers' way but he did not want to listen..just get it done, right or wrong, and get paid and get gone. All he could say about the holes, 6 clearly visible gaps, was for us to stuff something in there!. We have all kinds of bugs crawling through the gaps he left between unit and window and accordion sides. The A/C cost about as much as the bad installation. We will never use this company again.

Incident 1: Our septic field was bubbling up in the upfront yard. This is never a good sign. We called 4 companies on a Friday afternoon. Precision was the only one that responded. Gave us an estimate on what the problem was and what it would cost to fix it. Estimate was very vague and he would only show us the estimate on his phone. No traceable documentation. Approved the work. Knowing it would be one of two things. We called another company to come pump the tank, and after a bit of discussion, pumping the tank was part of the estimate. This was not forth coming. That didn't settle well with us. They came out and started digging and discovered the problem was not either of the items discussed in the original quote. Of course, it was twice the amount. Twice as much work blah blah. Certainly would have been nice to know the issue was a possibility. What choice did we have? They did get it done quickly and we shall see if it fixed the problem. We referred the neighbor with septic problems to them. So they even got additional work. No thanks or discount for the referral. Disappointed. Work is warranted for only one year. Disappointed in that too. $6,500.00 is a lot of money. Incident 2: One of our apartment's toilet stopped flushing. Called them on A Saturday. They came out and snaked the line 2-4 times. All clear. Wait..there is more to that story... Of course the mail line is is all clear to the septic tank! If the main line were plugged up, the toilet water would back up in the bathtub. This is not our first rodeo. We have a basic understanding of how a septic tank, field, and plumbing works. But we were out of town and the plumber did not tell us what he was doing until after he snaked the line. This was 100% a total waste of time and my money. The plumber kept giving updates to the tenant who in turn gave us what he felt what was going on. According to the tenant, the plumber snaked it 4 times. Which was very frustrating. Since it wasn't the line, (if this plumber was any good, he would have known that first thing. See above) the actual toilet was suspected to be the problem so they took it off he floor. Apparently it was full of calcium. Toilet replacement? $1,400.00+. Of course, a chunk of that charge was snaking the line that was already clear based on evidence before it was snaked multiple times. More than twice what we have paid in the past for a licensed master plumber for the same work. Tried to get them to reduce the fee since we are repeat customers and we gave them a referral. NO. These guys ripped us off plain and simple. Incident 3: a week later... water in the newly installed toilet is running and running and running. I asked the tenant to turn off the toilet valve and turn it on when they need to flush until I can get the plumber back out there. I am so disappointed and upset on the quality of this company's work. Do not call them. Do not use them. You will be sorry.

I called a few septic tank companies to get pricing on cleaning one and I had a backup that had started 5-6 days previously. They told me they charged by the pound at .49 cents a pound. That was what they said to me. I found out when I was paying that there was a service call fee. None of the other companies charged one, at least they didn't say anything about one on the phone and the last time I had to do this I wasn't charged a fee for coming out. That was ridiculous to begin with and he didn't make me pay that. I had been arguing with my brother that morning and he wasn't speaking to me and he wouldn't even come and talk to the guy who came out. He didn't help me drag the hose from the back to the front and wouldn't come and check his bathroom to see if anything was still backing up. The guy asked if I could go ahead and pay for the cleaning and I said yes and then he said he didn't feel comfortable there and was leaving. I told him I hadn't been able to shower in days but he left quickly. I would imagine if you pumped shit out everyday for a living that not much could cause you to be uncomfortable but I guess I was wrong about that. I'm disgusted with him. He need to apologize for leaving like that. He must be one of those snowflakes who get offended by everything and scared of his own shaDow. Nothing was going on with me and my brother except I was mad at him for refusing to talk to the guy because he is a plumber himself. Nobody was cussin, nobody was threatening, nobody was getting physical. I don't understand why he didn't feel comfortable unless he just didn't want to have to look for a clog. He gave me a price on it and all of that so I'm dumbfounded.
