Red Mountain Services was very responsive to a water leak I had under the sidewalk, after the city meter and before my house. I called for a quote, and Mr. Enrique showed up personally to diagnose the problem within two hours of my call. While I was getting a quote from another company the following day (a quote that ended up being $600 more than RMS), Mr. Enrique had his partner swing by to look at the issue as well, without my knowledge, and they lowered the quote by $500! I decided to go with RMS, and they came over that night, instead of the next morning, and worked through until 11:00 PM to get the job done. Mr. Enrique explained the problem and possible solutions along the way and took pictures for my personal records. Excellent customer service!

I would not recommend this company. We had Enrique do some work for us in the kitchen. We were not satisfied with the job. When we expressed our concerns (same day) he said there would be an additional fee to come out and fix it, he considered the job done since we signed the invoice. He offers a minimum 90 day warranty yet doesn't follow through with it. He insisted that we pay with cash, for a discount, yet wouldn't give us a breakdown of the cost. He also overcharged us the hourly labor fee. When we questioned him he said it doesn't matter if the project was all day or hourly, it's a flat fee, which is not what we discussed. Dishonest, poor customer service, poor work quality, that is what this company represents. Stay far away.
