We called Ray to clear a kitchen drain that was completely clogged. It also started to leak below the sink after I vigorously pumped it with a plunger. Ray came out the next morning as promised, and fixed the clog, which took almost 3 hours because of the need to take the drain apart, then reinstall through some cabinetry. Ray worked assiduously and charged more than the $70 we expected, but considering the tough job, the $136 we ended up paying was a very fair price. We will definitely use Ray again.

I called these guys mid-afternoon, hoping they could come out late afternoon (yeah, probably too optimistic on my part) but they were available, arrived a few minutes early, and were done in about 20 minutes. Admittedly, my rooter issue was probably pretty simple, but Ray did a great job nonetheless and was very professional about it. I have no qualms giving him 5 stars and hope everyone has such luck in the future. $87 well spent.

What can I say about Ray.......He saved the day!

We needed help with our clogged shower drain and ended up Very Happy to find Ray with Precision Rooter on Yelp. It can be a little scary having to find a repair or service person out in the world. SO many bad seeds out there who are just plain untrustworthy.

But, Ray was everything we were hoping to find: Friendly, Honest, Skilled, Very Reasonably Priced, Prompt and Courteous. I heartily agree with all of the happy customers below and the best thing is that we knew there would not be any BS thanks to his flat rate service and guarantee as well. We just knew there had to be a good guy like you out in the world and we found you! I wish we had called sooner!!!

I discovered that my kitchen drain got clogged on a Saturday morning. I found Precision Rooter thru yelp and read the positive feedbacks. I called and left a voice mail message for Ray. I received a return call the same day and received a quote of $75 for weekday service, so I decided to have my drainage un-clogged on Monday rather than the weekend. Weekend rate is extra $50. Since I have to go to work early on Monday, I asked Ray if he can come early in the morning between 7 and 7:30. Ray was very obliging and he finished the job in about 20 minutes. Excellent service. Friendly guy !

Sunday morning bathtime turned into a mess when the bath & toilet backed up, spewing stinky water all over the floor. A Yelp, then a call to Ray and we had a date - between 12 and 1, he said. He called 20 minutes before arriving, as promised, and showed up right at 12:30. Ray was polite, through & efficient as he quickly diagnosed the problem and identified his best method of accessing the clog. Undeterred by a painted-over cleanout, he had us flushing freely within an hour, and even gave us a break on the weekend surcharge. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

One note - the $75 deal is only for cleaning out easily accessed drains - they have a flat-fee schedule for a number of different types of services. Ray was clear about this from the outset, and the service and expertise was well worth the $125 we paid...

Amazing! The sewer backed up in my multi-unit building, letting sewage accumulate in my garage. Called another plumber who tried to clear the drain and gave up, defeated. At 2:30 AM I called Precision and left a message asking them to call me first thing in the morning. Not 15 minutes later, Ray calls me back, making an appointment for the next morning, taking time to examine my problem on the phone. Next morning, he shows up right on time and promptly clears the drain that thwarted the other guy. Then he cleans up my garage floor and hangs out to talk to the guy from Dept. of Public Works about my drain system and how it might relate to the City's municipal drains! And all for $75!! (Note: price has since increased to $145 due to economic conditions)

As I said, Ray's amazing! He's prompt, courteous, professional, efficient and effective. I will definitely use him again and I give him my highest recommendation!

Ran into a plumbing problem on Sunday and went into a panic, luckily, I was able to find this company on Yelp and Ray was there (as promised) in 90 minutes and took care of the problem in under an hour. We did have to pay the weekend rate of $105 per hour, but Ray was helpful & friendly and we were able to enjoy the rest of our Sunday.

I called Precision Rooter, Ray came within 30 minutes of my phone call. He was very nice, snaked my sink, fixed it quickly. Cost what he quoted me, cleaned up after himself. I can finally wash my dishes, i have never been so happy in my life to wash my dishes!!!!
