I decided to use a home auger to clear out the clog in the kitchen sink and augured right through the corroded pipe!. Mario arrived less than two hours after I called and replaced the corroded pipe in 15 minutes. He explained how commercial products can corrode the pipes and showed me the damage. I had to pay extra for the holiday service, but it was worth it. Thanks, Yelpers, for the recommendation.

Based on the yelp reviews for this business, I called Precision. The person who took my call gave me a window from 2 to 4 pm and said that someone would call me 15 to 20 minutes prior to arriving. A gentleman named Ray called me to give me 15 minutes lead time, arrived, evaluated and explained our plumbing problem, and got to work. Ray cleared the drain promptly, was neat and tidy, and could not have been nicer. While I hope I do not have to use Precision soon again, I would call them immediately if I had another problem. This company and Ray have truly earned their five star rating.

We had a problem of clogged sewage system. Mario came and tried to fix it but the problem seemed to be of a broken pipe and bigger issue than he could handle. He was fair telling me that I did not have to pay but only paid what I thought was fair. I paid him about half of what I owed him if he had fixed the problem, but I appreciated the fairness and recommend them for this.

Yes, they are really are that good. We had a disgusting mess in our backyard from a clogged sewer. Ray showed up 2 hours after my initial call and unclogged the drain in an hour - very quick and cost-effective.

We had major drainage problems in our house. First the kitchen sink stopped working a while ago, and after several attempts by my dad with a store-bought hand-grind snake and some other cheap services, we were told that the main pipes probably collapsed and the only thing left to do was to dig up the whole pipe and place new ones. Then the washer drain also clogged and backed up into the bathtub. I had had enough and found this company on Yelp and gave it a try.
Ray was very professional in every aspect. I called at around 11am and he said he could come in at 2. He called 15 minutes ahead to give us notice and when he was at the door. He was very friendly, courteous, and considerate, explained to me the problem and the process, and fixed the sink in a little over half an hour. And the washer drain/bathtub? 5 minutes. I had all but given up on the kitchen sink, and he not only fixed it but made sure it was completely clear. He also cleaned up after the work was done. Couldn't ask for more.
God forbid if the sink gets clogged again...but I would definitely call Ray for any plumbing problems. He's a great guy and does a great job.

I had the mother of all clogged drains; two guys with snakes could not unclog it. The first attempt was by my roofer who was trying to clear them so the rain gutters he was installing would flow into this drainpipe. His valiant attempt failed and he concluded I should call a professional rooter out and bet me he too would be unsuccessful at clearing this drain AND that it would probably cost about $2000.00 to break up the concrete in my garage and lay in a new drainpipe. I called Mr. Rooter and he could not clear the drain and recommended for $600.00 he would break open my concrete and remove and replace only the clogged section of my drainpipe and that would include the new concrete, this sounded better than $2000.00, but, I felt I needed a third opinion.

In my search for a rooter service I found Yelp and begin to read all the reviews about these bad experiences and then I came across PRECISION ROOTER & DRAIN reviews.
All good things were said about Ray and Mario. I called 9:30 am left a message and Ray called me back at 10:00 am and said he would be out between 11:00 am - 1:00 pm. He arrived at 11:10 am; by 12:30 pm he had the victory.

This guy is good. I read all the reviews about this guy Ray, I asked him was he writing these reviews himself, he got a good laugh out of that and said no. He is Courteous, professional and most of all reasonable $145.00 bucks vs. $600.00. I gave him a tip.

Just got a service from Ray for slow draining sink and shower. He was so efficient, professional and prompt. I chose him because of the prior reviews and I'm sure glad I did. I called 2 other places before looking at yelp and am still waiting for a call back. Ray was here in a flash and the job is done. Great service!
