Top-notch service. Ray cleared a clogged drain that two previous plumbers said couldn't be cleared without opening a wall and replacing the pipe. And he did it quickly. On top of that, really friendly & easy to deal with. He showed up right on time and offered free follow-up service if anything goes wrong in the next three months. Five-and-a-half stars.

Excellent service, fair price. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Ask for Ray, he was incredible, he actually asked me if it was OK for him to wear shoes in my house and brought his own mat to keep the work area clean! Next time I won't waste my entire Sunday trying to do it myself, I'll just call them and be happy.

Ray called to say he would be late, then called again to give a few minutes notice. Replaced my archaic toilet, then looked at the stopped up garbage disposal and said ""I can fix it for $70 but you can do it yourself in a few minutes"". Then he taught me what I needed to do! He was cheerful, clear, a fast worker, carried the old toilet out to the garbage area, and cleaned up any mess he made. Total cost was just his hourly rate plus parts: $159.00.

OK, I found this company on Yelp, and my experience today confirmed the reviews I read here. I called about my plugged tub and sink drains at 11:30am on a Friday, Ray called me back in 20 minutes and was over within an hour. He was friendly, professional, quick, and didn't make a mess. And the $145 quote was exactly what I paid; no upselling, no mysterious potential problems to have him come fix later. Highly recommended!

We had a problem with low water pressure coming out of our kitchen sink. The water was trickling out, and it was impossible to do any washing. We called Ray, and he came down the same day. He was very friendly and professional. Ray was prompt about the time that he said that he was coming out and fixed the problem within an hour. He left a clean job. Ray also checked the water pressure for our whole house at no additional cost. We strongly recommend Precision to everyone.

Must echo comments by Emily L. and Mike M. Had a mainline drain blockage over the weekend a few weeks ago. Imagine calling early Monday morning, getting an appointment with Ray for a 10-12 window that same day, he shows up at 10:30, gone by 11, $145 as advertised and no reclogging since, with 30 day guarantee were there to have been a relapse. For someone who has suffered much and often at the hands of flaky/slippery plumbers and painters, the only reaction is Wow!

Great customer service and job well done! Ray promptly returned my phone call, came out same day (with a 20 minute phone call reminder/alert), inspected slowly draining tub and pipes downstairs, answered all my questions, showed me what he found clogging drain (wow!), continued working more to be sure it was all clear, inspected pipes downstairs again to be sure no leakage... excellent all around, and I definitely recommend!

I simply HAD to write about this experience..!

We called Ray to have a look at our leaking toilet. I was impressed he called to say he would be here in about 2 min, that was nice, and then I met him, explained the problem, and left him to fix it. He took the toilet out and put some parts in etc etc, its a rather old home and toilet. I think it was more than half an hour, and he had put everything back, and said the problem was more than he had expected, seems we will need a new toilet. He said there was NO CHARGE for the labour or parts he had already installed, this is amazing in today's world, what a NICE man... So i had to tell everyone about this wonderful man and this company...!

I intend to spread this good news to all and sundry....!
