corina h.It's Saturday morning and my toilet is clogged and overflowing, and Precision Rooter to the rescue! After containing the flow, I went to YELP after my usual plumber did not answer the phone. I will admit I was a bit hesitant to use someone new and with no YELP history, but I was highly impressed. Precision responded quickly, quoted a rate comparable to others, and was able to come out the next morning. I made a great choice! Precision called 15 minutes before arriving, came masked and ensured that they would leave everything clean and sanitized. They were polite, explained everything and sincere. After clearing my drain, everything appeared working but shortly afterwards, we noticed another back up in another line.. I called Precision, Ray returned 30 minutes later and rechecked all the lines. Problem was quickly resolved. Thank you Ray and Precision! I hope to not need your services again, but if I do, you will be my first call!
