Precision Plumbing LLC is owned and operated John and Lora Hensley. John grew up in Crivitz, Wisconsin and finished high school at Crivitz High. He attended NWTC in the five-year plumbing apprenticeship program. Afterward, he dedicated three additional years as a State of Wisconsin Journeyman Plumber. Currently, John holds the title of Master Plumber in Wisconsin. Lora was raised in the town of Coleman in Wisconsin and attended NWTC, graduating high honors with an associate's degree in Digital Media Technology.

Julie B.I had a garbage disposal installed and it failed within a month. I called John and he said he would be out the following week to replace. Never showed or called. I called again and he said again he would be out the next week to replace (another no show) Now he screens calls and never answers the phone and I'm totally disappointed. Poor customer service for warranty work. Would not recommend. Quality companies would stand behind there products and service and he did not!
