We had a rough start with a miscommunication for the initial meet but very glad I stuck with them. We had an incredible leak in our front yard. They showed up the next day, masks and all and went to work. Turned out galvanized steel was still running underground and had to be replaced. The price was respectable and very fast. What impressed me was #1, he showed us each and every step (never assumed) and made sure we had a complete understanding of the issue. Not many other contractors take this kind of time. #2 He was more than happy to take a look at other issues we had around the home and gave very cost-effective advice. Again, not many contractors take this kind of time.

These guys were great and will be kept in our Rolodex!

Precision Plumbing is our go to for any and all plumbing issues, and with a 70 year old house there have been quite a few. I always request 4-6 quotes for any home repair work, and these guys consistently have the best prices and availability. The service is always exceptional. They have NEVER upcharged us after providing their estimate, even after discovering a job is more complicated than first thought due to some irregularity of our old house. They are also incredibly tidy when in our home and even will remove their shoes when entering our no-shoes-in-the-house home or put on booties (without being asked!).

Most recently they replaced our two toilets. They arrived wearing masks and kept them on the entire time. They did all the work, including haul away of the old toilets and the boxes and packing material of the new toilets we had ordered in under an hour and for 2/3 to 1/2 what four other plumbers quoted.

We bought our first home and needed electric range change to gas range, water heater installation with Permit :) found Muhammad's service and requested for the quote, even in pandemic he came inperson taken all the safety precautions and explained everything in details/suggestions. Given the project to him and well satisfied with the work, they go above and beyond to fix things.
So, Highly recommend Muhammad & his team(Asif). Excellent service at reasonable price!

Water was leaking from the fire sprinkler pine line and so we called ACWD and they came and turned it off. We then called up couple of plumbing services and Muhammad was quick in coming over and giving us a detailed view on what would have happened and how it can be dealt with. After speaking to other service agencies, decided to go with Muhammad as he sounded knowledgeable and knew exactly what he was doing. We loved how quick and easy it was to get the job done and he comes over with his fully loaded and equipped van. Job well done!

5 stars for plumbing squad! We had a bad back up on not 1 bathroom but 2 bathrooms. Mohammed came out with his cousin I believe it was and handled the job efficiently and effectively. The cool part was he gave me and my mom his phone as it was connected to a camera so we could see as he goes through our pipes. We actually got to see how it looked in there and oh man! Its was actually pretty cool. And everything was unclogged. Mohammed wa as VERY honest with us and said we needed additional work FOR SURE in the future for sure but this solution now will help in the meantime. He thoroughly explained what we needed and how to go about it. We really appreciated his service and professionalism. Both men were very hard working and nice. :)

My water heater started leaking and was really on its last leg (almost 20 years old). Called on Memorial day and picked up right away. Very straight forward, gave me a time and showed up on time. Gave me a price, explained what was needed along with some options. Nice, professional and easy to deal with. By the end of the next day I had my new tankless water heater installed and running. Paid the original amount quoted and the work and unit are both high quality. Highly recommended.

Superb service! I needed to have a hot water line replaced after a slab leak. The leak detection service did not provide adequate information for Muhammad but he knew what to do to fix it properly, and did it. He truly knew what he was doing and he did it on time, at his estimated cost,
( which was reasonable) , left everything as he found it ( clean and neat each day), and was extremely pleasant to deal with! We scheduled appointment for a mutually available time after all my questions were answered, politely and knowledgeably. Highly recommended!
