Mohammad and team were great to work with. Mohammad responded quickly to a Yelp request when our water heater decided to leak (unsurprisingly - it was 19 years old). Mohammad gave us a quick run down and recommendation on potential replacements (straight 50 gal tank swap or a tankless heater) and reasonable estimates for both jobs. We went with the straight replacement and Mohammad had his team with us a few hours later. They quickly and neatly completed the job, and we are back in business. Mohammad even provided telephone troubleshooting when an aerator got blocked as we were restarting the system.

8 hours from finding the leak to having hot water again, from our new tank - at a reasonable price. Can't beat that!

This review has nothing to do with the quality. I need someone to snake the clotted drain in the garage. They show up promptly and finish the job in a timely manner. However, I was not expecting the bill is that expensive for 1.5 hours (they claim to be 2.5hrs) job. It cost $600 to replace a p-trap. It is not an easy job for non professional to be fair as they are replacing the metal pipe with an abs. But I am just surprise how expensive for a little job.

This is the 3rd time I've used precision plumbing. My water heater finally went out so I gave precision plumbing a call. And like they've always done, they came through when I needed them.

I needed to have a leak detectiouto shutoff installed for my home owners insurance and contacted Muhammad at Precision Plumbing. He was not only helpful with both explaining the job and then completing it, but also very prompt and courteous. His price upon completion was in line with what we had discussed and lower than any of the other plumbers I had contacted. After finishing the project he was able to supply me with all the necessary paperwork for my insurance agent as well. I will certainly use him again for any plumbing needs I might have, and would recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber.

Muhammad deserves more than 5 stars. My water heater all of a sudden stopped working today. I called Muhammad in the afternoon and he was able to come by within a couple hours. He was able to diagnose the issue within a minute of arriving and had the replacement part on hand. Completed the job extremely quickly and within a reasonable price.
