5 stars for plumbing squad! We had a bad back up on not 1 bathroom but 2 bathrooms. Mohammed came out with his cousin I believe it was and handled the job efficiently and effectively. The cool part was he gave me and my mom his phone as it was connected to a camera so we could see as he goes through our pipes. We actually got to see how it looked in there and oh man! Its was actually pretty cool. And everything was unclogged. Mohammed wa as VERY honest with us and said we needed additional work FOR SURE in the future for sure but this solution now will help in the meantime. He thoroughly explained what we needed and how to go about it. We really appreciated his service and professionalism. Both men were very hard working and nice. :)

My water heater started leaking and was really on its last leg (almost 20 years old). Called on Memorial day and picked up right away. Very straight forward, gave me a time and showed up on time. Gave me a price, explained what was needed along with some options. Nice, professional and easy to deal with. By the end of the next day I had my new tankless water heater installed and running. Paid the original amount quoted and the work and unit are both high quality. Highly recommended.

Superb service! I needed to have a hot water line replaced after a slab leak. The leak detection service did not provide adequate information for Muhammad but he knew what to do to fix it properly, and did it. He truly knew what he was doing and he did it on time, at his estimated cost,
( which was reasonable) , left everything as he found it ( clean and neat each day), and was extremely pleasant to deal with! We scheduled appointment for a mutually available time after all my questions were answered, politely and knowledgeably. Highly recommended!

Had a clogged/slow tub drain and I reached out to Plumbing Squad (Muhammad D) and discussed my situation. Since it wasn't an ASAP situation, I scheduled an appointment for Saturday. Muhammad's team (his cousin also named Muhammad) stopped by and dealt with the situation. Very nice, cordial and knowledgeable, Muhammad handled the clogged like a pro and was done within 20-25 minutes (need to find a better hair catcher). He also provided some advice on drain/pipe upkeep. Will definitely keep PS's number on hand for future services (hopefully not..lol).

Excellent, Excellent! would give them more than 5 stars. I went through several plumbers before we found these guys. Muhammad is very knowledgeable and a master in his trade. Our Main Sewer line backed up, he correctly diagnosed the problem and recommended the trenchless method. His team came in and executed smoothly. Professional, reasonably priced and excellent service. Will definitely work with them in the future. Highly recommend.

These guys are amazing. On New year's Eve the sewer line from our house to the main collapsed and everything was backing up. Not only did these guys come out on New year's Eve in the afternoon to take a look at it. They came back on New year's day and started working trying to clear what we thought was a clog. Turned out that the whole sewer pipe had collapsed. So they came back the following day and replaced the sewer pipe using a trenchless technique that avoided me having to do a bunch of concrete work on my driveway. Mo is a great guy completely trustworthy and his team does very good work. Had us back up and running in a matter of a couple days. Can't recommend these guys enough if you need any plumbing hit these guys up.

Muhammad came last night to inspect the clog I was dealing with. At first, I had a toilet clog, but I tried going down with a 25 ft snake. Couldn't find the clog and since we were doing renovations for the other bathroom and the toilet was out, so I tried in the other drain. I still couldn't catch anything! I reached out next morning and talked to Muhammad and worked with Luis. Muhammad gave me the real talk because I was triple checking for a clean out access that I thought my dad put in years ago. He understood where I was coming from and was really friendly and realistic about the different options we had. Great person to talk to! Next morning he came back and I showed him the sewer access I found the night before. He went up to the roof to send a camera down the roof vent to inspect the clog but that work ended up clearing it. He was really honest and said that the camera cleaned it out and looked at the open toilet drain. It was clear! The drain works, but as a handyman myself, I know I needed my own clean out access. He sent Luis over to work on the project to see if we had one. Luis and I worked together to get a new two way clean out in place because we found there wasn't one. All in all, project was successful and I was happy we took care of this. It's people like this that make things work.

Muhammad managed to help me with my sewage line replacement all in a single day. The older sewage line had quite a bit of roots and sewage weren't flowing properly and back flows were coming out of clean outs. His quote was the lowest and he gave me the most confidence and was the easiest to work with. He came all the way down to San Jose to do this work. He suggested pipe bursting to limit the areas that he needed to trench and then checked and cleaned the lines after replacement. No hassle or anything.
