I was doing electrical in my crawl space I noticed a big puddle and a leak so I called precision plumbing. They had two young adults come in and fix the leak. The drain wasn't even connected within an hour. I heard them say ""you broke it"". They then had to get more parts and finished re attaching the drain. There was no drainage after they reconnected the pipe and they tested flow. They knew there was a clog and they left my tub full of water after charging us over $600 For 2 hrs of work. so I gave the company a call and they told us to get ahold of there other team which would be an additional $375 for them to unclog our pipe. I believe this company is money hungry and doesn't care to fully take care of their customer. I am not satisfied.

We bought a new home a year and a half ago and have had issue after issue with the plumbing. Collapsed water line, broken seal on the toilet and now a water leak under the kitchen sink due to an improperly installed pipe. Wouldn't call them if they were the only company in town. Precision? They don't even know what that means!

I had an issue with my tankless water heater, I called Sean and chatted with him, he came over and looked at it and got me up and going ASAP, always professional and does great work, I always know I can call him with anything I need, great job

Believe it or not No one from Precision came to my home but I would call them in a heartbeat. I called them due to no water pressure. We were baffled. On the phone they helped us to find our problem. They could have easily come to our house and charged us hundreds of dollars but instead they helped us solve our problem on the phone. We spent 3 days straight repairing ourselves. Thanks Sean!

Precision came out to fix a water hammer issue. I asked them to put a surge suppressor in, but they insisted that a new pressure regulator would fix the problem. They put a new pressure regulator in, even though the old one tested good. It didn't fix the water hammer issue. They billed me for over $300.00 and the water hammer problem is still there. I was hoping to rely on their expertise to fix the problem the first time and not have to pay for trouble shooting. Unhappy customer. I will never use them again.
