I called Sean to replace two outside faucets that were leaking. He came out within a day to get the job done. We live in a stucco house, so the removal was a bit tricky. He explained it all well and the replacements look fantastic. Him and his team Jackson and Hunter were really great guys. Great sense of humor also. I would call them again for future use. Sean was hands down the best. He was quick to respond by both phone and email, friendly, and knowledgeable. We don't live in Kennewick but felt that we could trust Precision Plumbing and Sean completely in his expertise on the work and getting the job done. We had to add a last minute job onto a repair we had already scheduled and Sean responded quickly to it as well, letting us know a reasonable timeline. We would highly recommend Precision Plumbing and are planning on using them for all future plumbing repairs!

I called Precision for bids on 2 different jobs in my house. 1) replace the 4"" main pipes in my house, as well as fix a few other things in that vicinity, and 2) redo the plumbing for a full kitchen remodel. They were very friendly, informative and professional. They did the piping job earlier this summer. When needed, they came back to prep the plumbing for the remodel, then came in to finish the installation of dishwasher, faucets, etc. They were very accommodating coming around other contractors. I really appreciated the communication and scheduling. If Sean said they would be here, they were here and on-time. When said and done, they did an awesome job and came in under the original estimate. A job well done!!

Wanted a couple of repairs, changing a main valve to the house and adding a hose connection to the back of the house. They completed the job in short order, intrusion into an interior wall was professionally done and repaired and the Sheetrock dust all cleaned up. Final bill was less than estimate, billed for actual time versus estimate. Definitely will call back if needed

I called and got a call back within 5 minutes and spoke to the owner Dean who was good at listening to my problem (a leaking faucet). He asked that I send him some pictures so that he can figure out what he is dealing with (leaky faucet). He thought he might be able to get to me the next work day which is Monday but I was surprised when he called me back and said he could get his men over within the same day. The work crew came within the hour, and they were able to fix the problem as they carried the parts that needed to be replaced. They were courteous, friendly and good at problem solving as I have an older plumbing system that is not common. I was satisfied with their work and Dean checked in later.

The guys did everything you would hope for when getting things fixed. They showed up on time for the appointment, called ahead, kept me informed about my plumbing issue, the charges were fair, and they were friendly and easy going guys. They are my go to guys now.

I lost all hot water to my house this winter. Sean had his guys come out to fix the problem, when I realized I still had no hot water, I called Precision Plumbing back and Sean came out personally, and found my problem was electrical.

He then refunded me all of my money back after the guys disconnected my water heater, replaced all the filaments, etc. Sean then called a trusted electrician and set up an appointment for me ASAP.

I totally trust these guys. I have used them in the past and they are good and honest people.

We needed to have 3 hot water tanks installed in an apartment building so I contacted several plumbers and Sean at Precision Plumbing gave us the best price. They scheduled the work promptly and arrived on time. There were issues getting into a couple of the units but the crew worked through those and installed the tanks. There was one big snafu that they realized after completing the job, the crew had installed one of the tanks in the wrong apartment, oops, well Sean and his crew went ahead and installed a fourth tank and did not charge me. Many companies would have asked me to pay for or share the cost but Sean stepped up and took full responsibility. Sean will be my first call when I need plumbing done.

Sean and his worker showed up exactly when they said they would. Removed an old and hooked up a new dishwasher in a very short time. Ran it thru the test cycle, hauled the old one away. They're going to be coming back to install a toilet and vanity sink! Very pleasant to work with.
