I wasn't able to use my toilet for a month because each time I would hire some one to come out and fix it would break again sometime until precision plumbing came, good service and affordable will hire again.
Jackie M.This guy was pre-paid under our real estate contract to come back and finish work which he never completed. It's been more than 12 months now. He couldn't find the main shut off and insisted we call the county and MO American Water ourselves to locate it, which we did. He came back to make one attempt and after failing, again, to locate it - never returned. When I called to sort it out - he hung up on me. Not only has he not completed work he was paid for - he also has not refunded the money.
Megan....at least you got a phone call, that was better then what he did to me. If you are reading this review, just know that I am a very easy going person and don't get angry easily. I had him out to replace a main sewer stack and do a few other smaller jobs including running a new hose bib to the front of my home. He replaced the stack, but in the process, made quite a mess in my basement with the glue he was using. It was everywhere. I was leaving town for several weeks so we agreed he would paint my basement floor and finish the work I had paid him to do when I returned. There is a lot more to the story, but needless to say, he did not fix the floor he destroyed or finish the work (the hose bib) he had been paid for. I sent several emails and made several phone calls asking him for my refund and even telling him I was going to take him to court...no response. Seeing how he does this to others, I think I will follow through and file that suit in small claims.
Megan T.Sylvester came out looked at the job, said he could do it for a specific amount, he said he would email the quote that night, we shook hands and he left. Later that afternoon I get a text, ""sorry, our company will pass on the work"". Not too busy to look at the job, but too busy to respectfully call if changing their mind on doing the work. The golden rule applies, treat people as you would like to be treated.
