I called and made an appointment for a clogged sink. I was recommended by a contractor that does work for us. I work for a high end kitchen and bath showroom. I am new to the area so I don't have a lot of resources. They came out in a timely manner but there was no follow up whatsoever. They talked to my 82 year old father from a foreign country with dementia that we had waste and to change out the faucet and the supply lines. I didn't even know how much they charged me because there was no receipt left. I knew they were here because they did a cleanup as started on their website. Less than 4 days later my sink was clogged again. I called to let them know that it was clogged again and that it's very strange that it would be clogged within 4 days. I expected to talk to the plumber or have someone come out. Maybe the problem is more than just a clog. Maybe there is something wrong with the pipes. The office manager kept saying I put a lot of waste down my sink. I don't put waste down my sink and I said isn't strange that after 4 days it's clogged again? That seems like a lot of waste to get it clogged again so fast. But that is what they said to me. They wanted to charge me to come back out and re snake. I said I need to know the problem-do I change out the garbage disposal? Are there roots growing in my pipes? I don't just need you to re snake. I need to know what the problem is. They said to change out the faucet and the supply lines and that it should unclog. I thought that was strange too because changing out a faucet won't unclog a drain. I did that and of course it is still clogged. I called again to let them that did not help. Again they said that I am putting waste down the drain. I am not. Bottom line is they would not help me. I would give them 0 stars if I could. They do not stand behind their work. Stay away from this company. They advertise they come in a timely manner but if they don't stand behind their work I don't care how fast you make it to my house. I need a plumber that fixes the problem and stands behind their work and not charge every 4 days to come back. I need a reliable plumber who knows how to talk to customer and not have their office manager tell them what they thinks the problem is.

I contacted this company on 12/30 because one of my rental units had an obstruction in the lateral line, and Precision was the first company I googled with an emergency service available. Precisions's plumber (James) responded within a few hours of the call, removed the toilet, and later contacted me to inform me he had fixed the problem and charged my CC $577.00. However, I was advised by my tenant the following day that the line was still jammed and water was now backing up into the unit. When I contacted Precision's office, I was told that I would have to pay an additional $384.00 including an EMERGENCY FEE for someone to return and do the job properly because James had found ""sanitary wipes in the line"" during the original call. What does that mean?

I called Linek Plumbing in Webster Groves who promptly responded, professionally snaked the line through the Cleanout (should have been done the first time), and only charged $237.00. When I later contacted Precision to request at least a partial refund, I was told that one was not available.

Precision did not treat me fairly and they certainly didn't warranty their work in my particular case.

I have used this local company for nearly 10 years, they have never failed me, they always seem to be able to deliver great service quickly and the cost has always been in line. They have serviced my tankless water heaters, installed a new toilet, fixed my sister's water service that nobody could figure out prior to them why it always would fail after a year or two. They fixed a frozen water line on New Years Day, they replaced toilets for my grandma, a hot water heater for my father, and cleared my brother's mainline. I would and do recommend them to anyone, they are locally owned and operated, the techs are friendly and clean.

We had a pipe burst on New Year's Day. A man came out and replaced about three and section of copper pipe. They charge us a $200 emergency fee which we were fine with, but then on top of that charge $388 for the repair. It took him about 20 minutes from the time he showed up to the time he left. For a total of $588 for 20 minutes of work. Ridiculous! STAY AWAY from this company.

Don't waste your time employing their services!!! Their team of technicians are not only NOT qualified, but their business practices are inferior! They charged $236 when they didn't fix the problem! Another service call later and still NOT fixed and refusing to do the job on promise. Their shady way of doing business is deplorable. If you want professionals, look elsewhere.

I wish there were negative stars to choose from, that's how mad I am! I called a week ago and explained that I only needed to replace my garbage disposal with a new one. My current disposal was recalled by the manufacture and replaced with a new one and allowed me a $150 credit to have it installed. Precision Plumbing Solutions told me it would be a $65 service call and that someone would be at my house between 2 and 4PM. I took off from work early so I could be at my home during the 2 hour window. Someone finally showed up at my door at 6:00PM. He walked in and explained that it would be almost $350 just to replace a customer supplied garbage disposal! If they didn't want my business they should have been up front with me from the beginning. My advice is to stay away from any business that treats people like this.

After buying a new home, my husband and I wanted to install a gas line to accommodate a gas stove. We called Percision plumbing for an estimate to see what that work would cost us. Two plumbers came to the house, one was named Rob, and took a look at the home. After 5-10 minutes they went out to the truck to work on the estimate. When they returned they showed an estimate of $800 with 30-35 feet of copper piping to complete the job. Initially we accepted the job, after hearing them say our situation was difficult, which was why so many feet of pipe was needed. We then measured the location of the stove ourselves, which they did not do while they were there, and found that it was only about 15 feet from the gas line. My husband called to ask if Rob would call him back to explain the bid more thoroughly, and we were told that he would call us back. No one returned our call that day, so the next day we called again to speak to someone who could explain the estimate. We did receive a call back, but from the receptionist, who just said that's the amount of pipe he needs to do the job. We cancelled the job after that phone call. We went on to get three more estimates. All three estimates from other plumbing companies said the most pipe needed was 10-15 feet. Their costs were almost half of what precision plumbing bid. Obviously the plumbers who came out did not realize the location of the stove in relation to the existing gas piping. Either that or they intended to overcharge us. It was a disappointing experience to feel like you were being taken advantage of, and that the technician didn't stand behind his own bid and care to explain it to potential customers.

While their repair on the leak to my house was good, they were not very responsive. Any contact regarding questions, etc. all had to be initiated by me. They did not return calls to answer my questions, tell me their plumber would not be there that day, tell me their plumber would be late, etc. I also received an additional bill 2 months after the job was completed and paid for. Though they gave an explanation for the 2nd bill, it makes no sense that 1) the bill would be that much after the fact--and I had already paid what I thought was the entire amount; and 2) that they would not make it clear when they received the 1st check from me that I still had an outstanding balance. I did not know I owed any more money until I received the 2nd invoice 2 months later. I have no quarrels with the work they did, but they need to do a much better job of communicating clearly with customers.

Great service. Quick response to our issue which was a huge pain in the... I pushed back on the initial recommendation and they were considerate enough to pursue a less expensive option. That was a huge plus in my book. Going for customer satisfaction first. Nice work!!
