Sara Y.I've been calling for a week just to get an appointment for a bid. I was told by the lady who answers the phone that the owner Jesse has to be the one to come out to fix some drains (I recently did a demo on 2 bathrooms and need to move a drain). I left my contact info twice and called about 4 times and nobody ever called me back. Every time she just kept saying that he's not in the office and would call me back. I mean, I'm sure he has a cell phone and could spare 5 minutes to call and set up a time to come out. I'm not expecting them to come now, but to keep being told the same thing and never getting a call back is so frustrating!! Poor communication for sure and I think it speaks to how I would be treated as a customer had I worked with them. Maybe it's a good thing they didn't call me back. I don't recommend them at all.
Christina W.We have had a great experience yesterday with Dan, our favorite plumber. Friendly, skilled, efficient, knowledgeable about plumbing. Our flange was broken and the commode seemed to rock. He repaired that and replaced the ring. He wore a mask and did not have to be asked. We
highly recommend him. Thank you Dan for your excellent service and work ethic.
We had an some issue with water leakage. The man came out, looked around at my issue, said he would have someone from his office or i would receive an email with our estimate (repair an outside spigot). They charged me 78.00 for coming out and after a week and some days we have not received a call or email. They were not there to help us they just wanted the 78.00 to do NOTHING.
Had to have plumbing equipment replaced and moved, It wasn't cheap (what plumbing job is??) but they were fast, efficient, and the quality of the work was awesome. Highly recommend this company. Ask for Josh!
my experience with Precision Plumbing Solutions was great. it was determined I needed to buy a new faucet and the employee suggested reliable brands When Precision Plumbing Solutions came back to install the new faucet the original service call was deducted from the installation fee. Rob was nice to be around, arrived right on time and got the installtion done right and right away
Tim G.We had 3 other plumbing companies out to diagnose our plumbing issue, precision plumbing found the issue right away & had it repaired within the hour.
I know who I'm calling first next time
5 stars!
William S.BEWARE: Spoke with the owner of the company this morning, Jesse about a problem I was having with services his company was potentially going to provide. He became extremely defensive and proceeded to scream at me over the phone, ""Shut the f**** up, b****, you are a piece of s***."" He then hung up the phone. For an owner of the company, this is completely unacceptable. STAY AWAY!!!
Here's what happened with I called Precision Plumbing...
* On Saturday evening, December 29th one of my renters called to let me know water had come up through the basement drain. Luckily it was minor and the water had receded.
* On Sunday morning I went over to the house to see if there was something simple blocking the drain. I put Liquid Plumber down the drain then ran the washer and didn't have any issues. I did however ask them to keep an eye on the drain if they took showers or ran laundry. By late Sunday afternoon they had called back saying water was coming up the drain again so I told them I would call the plumber first thing Monday morning.
* On Monday morning, December 31 at 8:09a I called Precision Plumbing, explained the situation, and asked if they could have someone stop by that day.
* The service tech arrived in the afternoon and when I talked with him after he finished the job, he said he ran every foot of cable he had from the roof down and he suspected the issue was roots in the sewer lines. He also mentioned that they had a 90 day guarantee and that if there were additional problems, just give them a call. That service call cost me $393.
Side note - I talked with my renters after he left and they said the service tech was very polite and cleaned up any mess that he might had made. I normally check with my renters to make sure they are happy not only with the service call but also the tech that shows up.
* On Saturday, January 5th (just 5 day after the original service call) the renters called and said the drain was backing up again. I immediately called Precision Plumbing to report the issue. The lady who took the call wanted to talk with the owner so she said she would call me back.
* About 15 minutes later she called back and said that if I wanted to wait until Monday morning they wouldn't charge for the follow up service call but if I wanted someone to go by that day, there would be a service call fee of $125. While I appreciate the offer to waive the service call if I waited until Monday, I couldn't ask my renters to wait another day and a half especially when the plumber supposedly cleaned the line just 5 days earlier. If you were the renters would you want to wait 1.5 days?
* Long story short, they did the service call on the Saturday and charged me an additional $125. When I asked about the guarantee, I was told that it wasn't valid for roots issues.
* In addition to the aforementioned problems with this company, I already had an appointment scheduled for Monday, January 7th for the owner to give me an estimate about work on another property I had just purchased. The appointment time was between 8 - 9am. At 8:30a the office manager called and said the owner was on his way and would be there in about 20 minutes. At 9:07a the owner still wasn't there and I had to leave for work. He might not have anything else to do during the day but some of us do work and we can't sit around waiting on him.
The bottom line is, I paid the $125 but that is the last cent I'll ever give Precision Plumbing again. And I'll make sure to tell everyone I know my experience with this company.
WAY OVERPRICED. The guy who came out was nice, however the quote to replace a washer/dryer shut off valve was outrageous. They wanted almost $500 for a 30 minute job. Thankfully they didn't have time to complete the work when we needed it so I contacted another local plumber who did the job in 30 mins for a much more reasonable price.
These guys are rip off artists. I guess companies can charge whatever they want, but to overcharge by so much really doesn't sit well with me.
Call around and get multiple estimates before you even consider using this place.
I called and made an appointment for a clogged sink. I was recommended by a contractor that does work for us. I work for a high end kitchen and bath showroom. I am new to the area so I don't have a lot of resources. They came out in a timely manner but there was no follow up whatsoever. They talked to my 82 year old father from a foreign country with dementia that we had waste and to change out the faucet and the supply lines. I didn't even know how much they charged me because there was no receipt left. I knew they were here because they did a cleanup as started on their website. Less than 4 days later my sink was clogged again. I called to let them know that it was clogged again and that it's very strange that it would be clogged within 4 days. I expected to talk to the plumber or have someone come out. Maybe the problem is more than just a clog. Maybe there is something wrong with the pipes. The office manager kept saying I put a lot of waste down my sink. I don't put waste down my sink and I said isn't strange that after 4 days it's clogged again? That seems like a lot of waste to get it clogged again so fast. But that is what they said to me. They wanted to charge me to come back out and re snake. I said I need to know the problem-do I change out the garbage disposal? Are there roots growing in my pipes? I don't just need you to re snake. I need to know what the problem is. They said to change out the faucet and the supply lines and that it should unclog. I thought that was strange too because changing out a faucet won't unclog a drain. I did that and of course it is still clogged. I called again to let them that did not help. Again they said that I am putting waste down the drain. I am not. Bottom line is they would not help me. I would give them 0 stars if I could. They do not stand behind their work. Stay away from this company. They advertise they come in a timely manner but if they don't stand behind their work I don't care how fast you make it to my house. I need a plumber that fixes the problem and stands behind their work and not charge every 4 days to come back. I need a reliable plumber who knows how to talk to customer and not have their office manager tell them what they thinks the problem is.
