AVOID! This is the worst company around. Brian Reed is a thief and dishonest. He over charged me to install a new faucet in my bathroom. $500! Had I known it would have been 1/3 the cost with someone else I would have gone with him. But he was recommended by a post on a Durham town Facebook page so I went with him. Little did I know it was his wife giving him rave reviews. (She's a nasty woman to deal with as well). I would run as far away from this dishonest company as fast as possible.

This is the first time I have posted a review on yelp. I am doing this so no one has to deal with an experience like the one I am dealing with. I experienced a leak in one bathroom that leaked into my garage bay and thru the sheetrock. My son and I tore down the sheetrock/insulation in the area where a stain appeared and found the leak was coming from the bathroom. Then we looked across the ceiling and noticed another area where the sheetrock looked stained. We took the sheetrock/insulation in that area and found another leak coming from the other bathroom! I texted Brian of Precision Plumbing Solutions, LLC. and told him about the leak and he said ""I can stop tomorrow"" 11:00a.m.-1:00p.m. I texted him at 12:43 the next day and asked if he was on his way because I had to run out for a quick appointment at 1:30. He did the plumbing on my whole house so I told him I would leave the garage door open as he knows my house well. He never came over as promised, he never texted, he never called and basically ""blew me off"". I called him to see if he was held up on another job. I heard nothing back. I called him and left a message to please call me. Nothing. I texted that night and I asked him why he blew me off. Nothing back and have heard nothing since. He left me with a big mess because of the leaks in both bathrooms. I have wet sheetrock and wet insulation that had to be torn out and disposed of.The least he could have done was call me back. He does not stand by his work and left me scrambling to find someone who could help me. This is so unfair. I would not recommend his company. I was a customer in Guilford, Connecticut.
