Lucas T.I was originally quoted a price for a new water spout on the backside of my house. I scheduled the date for the following Tuesday, a day that I had off and then was called by the plumbing service to see if they could do the work on the Friday before Tuesday because they had an opening. I knew I would be at work, and only my wife would be home with the kids, but I figured in a small town like this, the plumber would treat my wife right. Instead, the plumber pressures my wife into putting the spout on the wrong side of the house and more than doubles the price of the initial quote and makes her feel like an idiot for questioning him. When I call precision plumbing the following morning, Mike the plumber tells me, ""It's not my fault you two are having marital issues!"" and says, ""next time schedule the appointment when you have off work if she can't handle it for you.""
This isn't the way to do business in a small town. Do yourself a favor and call someone else.
Heather L.Too bad i can't give 0 stars. We had an appt set w this company for BOTH mon am and fri afternoon. They didn't make either appointment. I even took Friday off work to make sure I would be home for them !!! They owe me a days work and a fixed pipe !!!
