Best plumbing company I have ever used. They were on time, listened as I explained what I wanted and were very thorough in explaining what needed to be done. They said they would be here at 8:30 they were saw our problem and fixed it all within 25 minutes the builder who once before put nail in our water pipe and when precision checked the leak in the ceiling another pipe had two nails in it I would give this company 5 star ratings if any one has a plumbing problem they are reasonable and being a Korean Vet I got 10percent off, thank you precision.

They charged $200 to replace a short section of pipe less than a foot which took 10 minutes to replace. Then they took the old pipe and left it on the ground.

They made us wait several days before a repair could be done had us contact a restoration company to clean up a sewage leak before they would repair the broken pipe. $800 to replace 5 ft of pipe and a patch job at that. Not to mention that they left the old sewer pipe under our home and the restoration company Restopro don't hire them either. They left a pile of wet insulation under our home and I had to hire another contractor to finish the project. Oh and they were supposed to treat the mold under our home but didn't to that proper either.

We had a leak in our ceiling and they came out next day (it was a contained leak) and were able to quickly and effectively diagnose the leak, propose and quote the solution, and resolve the issue. Great value, quick service, and excellent customer experience!!

Asked for a quote to replace 2 toilets with ones that have comfort height seats and elongated bowls. Taylor came out, looked at the toilets and sent a quote for """"expensive toilets"""" and """"cheaper toilets"""". Asked for confirmation that one or both toilets had my requirements. Received the same quote with manufacturers names attached to each category, but no mention of my requirements. Called and asked for my requirements to be stated in the quote. Ashley said she would take it to the owner, instead of Taylor. As I write this a week later, I have not heard back from them. Work with them at your own risk.

Chris Blackwell diagnosed a leak under our kitchen sink. He replaced the leaking garbage disposal. He also inspected our water tank and is going to give us a quote on replacing it so our water pressure won't fluctuate. He was very friendly and very efficient.

The team was extremely knowledgeable about my system (septic) and provided me a crash course on the systems, alerts, troubleshooting steps if this happened again.
