This is an update to my first review. As I mentioned on the original review they were quick in coming out and seemingly fixing the problem with my swamp cooler. However after about a week, a hose came loose in the swamp cooler and I got flooded in the house and the ceiling above the swamp cooler was drenched. I called them back about it and they came out and said a hose came loose and put a clamp on it. A few days after that I got flooded in my ceiling again. Supposedly they were to come out again but didn't and now no answering the (cell) phone which is the business line only to go to a message that says the voice mail is full. I left a text but nothing. Once again, another incompetent service provider in Sierra Vista!

I called Precision plumbing to come to Bisbee to do an estimate. Charlie who I think is the owner(not sure) had a chat about what I needed to be done. We agreed that Saturday he would come by to give me an estimate to plumb in a new toilet. I called him on Saturday and told him I would need to push the time back because I was out of town.He said OK and that he would rather reschedule for Sunday.Well,Sunday I called him about 6 times and his phone was full and it could not take any more messages.I have not heard from him since. Not very professional!

Had a last minute emergency on New Years Day worth our hot water heater. Our handy man recommended Precision Plumbing. We called and about am hour later we were paying the plumber. Fantastic service, extremely professional, and great price! Highly recommended!

Had them install a water softener. The advertised price was $150...(and this included the extra copper piping run from the loop!) (Way cheaper than what Sears wanted to charge me!) The man who installed it was nice, efficient and friendly. He did a great job, and cleaned up when he was finished. He also programmed my softener & filled it with salt.

I would definately use Precision Plumbing again.
