Precision (Jason) showed up at the appointed hour and quickly diagnosed that a new end cap was needed in the original pipes in the basement.
He made quick work of the repair but in testing discovered a clog. In the process of accessing the waste water galvanized pipe by opening an existing entry point - the entire pipe wanted to turn - not good.
In replacing the waste water pipe, with PVC, Jason snaked below the new pipe and resolved the clog.
Moving to the small bathroom on the 2nd floor, I wanted to have Jason install a new tub spout.
Jason examined the current spout which seemed to have cement for grout.
Jason expressed his concern that removing the old spout might cause damage to the galvanized pipes in the (tiled) wall.
I decided to pass on the spout replacement and probably saved several hundreds of dollars.
I highly recommend Precision Plumbing and will use them for any future plumbing needs.

Jason does amazing plumbing work, he has always been available on a short notice in case of emergencies, his prices are reasonable and he is very honest about the work that is really needed and doesn't upcharge or upsell. His knowledge about brands, products, stores and warranties is helpful when choosing stores, brands, claiming warranties, ordering replacement parts etc.

They fixed a problem in our home and our son's house as well. They did it quickly and were fairly priced.
A prior visit they identified where a leak was coming from that leaked into my downstairs neighbor. They did not have to tear out our shower to figure out the pipe going into the wall by shower head was broken. They are always pleasant.

I called to inquire about whether this company did full house winterizing. Amanda, who answered my call advised that they do, she just let me talk and give her the info on my home and what I was looking for. She set up an appointment and they arrived early. Great start. They took a look at everything, kitchen, baths, appliances and they explained what they would do in detail, giving full consideration for my input. They showed me where a valve on the furnace wasn't working at all. We agreed on the price with the new valve included. Hours later, the furnace started to gush water. They returned promptly , installed the part. Later that night we noticed we were getting a lot more heat from our beloved old fashioned radiator in the bath. I have a good bull detector and from the conversation we had I have full confidence in Sean and Jason. I believe them to be honest, up front, reasonably priced and knowledgeable. I will update review after they open the house again in May
