No Stars. This place is a SCAM. They price gouge and will fight not to fix warrantied work. These guys came out to install a water heater under the sink. They charged almost $1k and did a shotty job putting everything back together. The sink started to leak 2 months later. When the plumber came back out he didn't want to fix the leak that was covered under ""warrantied work"" and wanted to charge $300 to fix. After agreeing to fix the leak because of it being under warranty he refused to give a quote on some other work needed. Run from this place. I tried to call and speak to a manager but was cut off by the rude receptionist and never received a call back.

What can I say...this is the second time we've called them because they are a very honest company that have reliable and great service! Last time we had Thomas, a great employee, this time we had Ty & Daron. Great employees as well. I can't get over the wonderful young men they hire. Both of these guys explained everything to us when they put in our tankless water heater. They gave us three quotes, explained what each one covered. We never felt pressured in anyway. We especially loved the way these guys cleaned up & I mean the work area ha ha. We can't recommend this company more.
Another thing to add is you can't beat their price and warranty. Any plumbing problems....your first call should be to Precision Plumbing!!! Thanks guys and thanks to the friendly girls on the phone We really appreciate that.

Alejandro came out to fix something that had been leaking for several months. He was on time, polite, professional, and explained what he was doing. He was done so quick. He was wonderful. The lady who answered the phone and made the appointment was also polite and followed thru on everything she said. My whole experience was wonderful. Great job

Updating my review. After speaking to David G. (GM)/ I was promised a $250 refund in the form of a check. It's been 4 weeks and I have yet to receive the $250. I sent Dave G. an email last week giving him a chance to respond but, I received no answer.

Review update: I did receive a $250 refund as promised from Precision Plumbing. Apparently there had been an accounting issue that delayed the payment.

Took care of difficult sewer line block in an emergency. We had sewerage overflowing! The tech snaked, scoped and jetted to clear the block. Pinpointed exactly where the block occurred and was aggravated by tree roots. Thanks for the service and value added!

I had a major malfunction last night. I turned the water off and tried ""fixing"" it myself. That didn't work. I called Precision this morning 12/22 at 7:15 and explained my problem. The girl said a technician would be at my place between 8-10 for a FREE diagnosis of the problem and cost to repair! Ron B. showed up at 8:45 and immediately saw where I failed and explained what went wrong and how to fix it. He presented a couple of options that I found to be very fair and I selected the best option for me. He was GREAT! He was helpful and understanding! By 10:30 he had replaced the broken part and made sure everything was cleaned up. I will definitely use Precision Plumbing again and ask for Ron B. specifically! Thank you for your help!!

Tech did good work, but charged me for work that was not done. I tried to get them to correct it, but after a phone call and 3 emails, no one got back to me to correct their overcharge. I would not ever trust them.

Also, their prices are very high. I don't know how anyone can say their rates are good. I needed someone quickly so I paid it. But if I had to do it again, I would turn them away at the door.

I called Precision Plumbing 11/28/23 for a leaky faucet. Autumn immediately dispatched Joseph Reina to check it out. Joseph arrived on time, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and super kind to my dog (bonus points). Joseph knew right away what needed to be done, he explained everything clearly, and gave me a fair estimate for the repair. Joseph did the repair the same afternoon. This is the second time I've used this company, and the first time was a full re-pipe of my water main a few months ago. I'll definitely continue to use Precision Plumbing in the future.

Precision Plumbing was fast (less than a hour and 45 minutes from the time I called...impressive!), knowledgeable, and made a stressful situation bearable. I will use them ongoing for all our pluming needs.

Expensive and not worth the value. Tech said its a 3-4 hour job and finished it in 2 hours. Didn't lower price. Charged before the work even started. Asked to have an itemized receipt that broke down labor costs and material costs and wouldn't and still to this day haven't provided. Tech said his manager will reach out and never did. Wouldn't recommend.
