The warranty for my clogged toilet ran out the day before. Go figure! But James came back and fixed the same problem no charge. I hope to never have to see him again. But if I need to call a plumber, I will surely call Precision.

Used these guys a few times, and the job was completed in full satisfaction. These people are pretty accurate to follow their schedule, in addition, they do not charge for the estimate. They are not the cheapest but I always prefer the quality over the price.

When the tech driving the van cuts you off then threatens you to get out of the car so he can ""settle"" the issue of him not knowing how to drive... I'm not sure I would even want to use this company.

I had a pretty serious leak in the main water line to my home and gave Precision Plumbing a call. Louis came out and did my initial estimate. Let me tell you plumbing is expensive!! I checked ratings and gave them the go ahead. James and Shawn came out and attempted a spot repair, but a large tree prevented that effort. They stayed with it and did an entire line replacement. Like others I question the price, but James and Shawn did a good job with the project. They paid attention to detail, made sure everything was done right, and left the yard like they found it.

I noticed i had some form of leak around the toilet and I figured I would give this company
a try. I had recently had back problems so I didn't want to risk further injury, so I called this
company. I was leaving for California the next morning, so I thought I would get this taken
care of before I leave. Everything went fine. Kurt and his partner came in and removed the
wax ring and the phalange that held the toilet in place. Everything seemed fine.

I was gone for a week and noticed the first sunday I was back that I could feel some damp
ness underneath the laminate around the toilet. I turned off the water line to the toilet and
phoned the dispatch to have them call me to set up an appointment for the next day since
I didn't feel it was an emergency.

I did get a call the following morning (0715) after working a very hectic shift at a local hospital in the area. I asked if they could send someone right away and they said they would send Kurt
as soon as he got in (I was assuming as his first dispatch). they called me a few hours later
and told me that Kurt was unavailable because he was on another job, but they would send
someone else in his place.

As I was waiting, I thought I would sleep a bit since he would ring the bell and I could let him
in. I woke up to find the plumber sitting in front of the house and he appeared to be writing
something. I assumed he would come to the door after he was done. The next thing I knew,
the truck WAS GONE!

I phoned the dispatch to ask what happened to the plumber! She said he had knocked on
the door and no one answered. I asked her why he didn't ring the bell! She said she would
call him to see if he was at the next job. Of course he was, so here I wait for him to come
back. This is all very frustrating and I guess I am just using this review to vent. Things happen
but I have to work tonight as well and I am very tired waiting.

This is a revised review from 8/9/16. David called from company wanting to make us happy as a customer. We had a long talk on maybe providing a couple different cost options for easier jobs vs a hard install instead of just a flat cost.

My faucet was a lemon (which I purchased) and Precision plumbing came back out at no cost to replace faucet I had purchased. Also each time they came they were on time. They provide excellent customer service. I also meant the two star to be a 3 star in original review I wrote. I am now replacing with a five star review.

When my kitchen sink backed up, I looked to Yelp to find a good plumber. I noticed that there were many bad reviews. It was very scary reading all the bad reviews. Ultimately I ended up with Precision because this company had many more good reviews than bad ones. I just had a great experience with Louis, so I want to pay it forward to the Yelp community by writing a good review.

I called Precision after hours on a Saturday nite about 8:30pm--talked to a nice lady via dispatch, and Louis (the plumber) called me back within 2 minutes of my initial phone call. He diagnosed the problem over the phone and gave me a price quote as well. The appointment was scheduled for 5pm today (on a Sunday). Louis arrived on time and was very professional. He went to work right away and explained to me the problems as I watched nearby. Basically, Louis changed out my old disposal and snaked the pipes. After about 2 hours, the pipes are draining again, and the disposal works. Yay!!!! Thank you Louis for doing such a great job!!!!! You are a true professional.

Wow, a company that responds almost immediately then takes care of replacing the water heater on the same day! I am truly impressed. Fawn was fantastic with the communication and Robert was a great tech! Thanks Precision Plumbing

Stellar. Fast callback and great communications and scheduling an urgent weekend repair, Same-day Saturday service was not at any increase in fee that i was aware of. John the plumber showed up when promised, he was a terrific guy, he gave me a very acceptable quote, he then realized he was missing a necessary part. He had to drive to home depot to get the missing part. It took him about 45 minutes to go and shop and get back. He then performed the repair. When he finished he showed me the work he had done. Rather than just soldering a new water valve on as we agreed, he had installed an extra threaded connection. He said he did it because it was just the right way to do it, and it might save me from having to call a plumber in the future. He finished up the job and gave me an invoice -- for our original, agreed-upon amount. No extra charges. Everything is working great. I loved doing business with this outfit.

Great company. Called for an estimate for a job, they quoted us a time range on Sat when their tech would be by. He was running a bit late so they called and informed us, which was no big deal. Eddie showed up, super friendly guy, explained everything that would need to be done then gave us an invoice with the price breakdown if we decided to go through them. I called back later that day and they scheduled him to return on Sunday. Eddie arrived, replaced our water lines to our washer, done. The whole process was simple and painless. I definitely recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.
