Very disappointed. Refused to wear mask and was told by the owner that he had COVID19 already. I asked politely and gave mask and still refused. I would have ask him to leave , but they were fixing a problem from prior work done by them.

I had a toilet leak, that my home owners insurance had to be notified for. I called precision, they stated they could come out the next day in the afternoon. After not hearing a word by 2pm, I called them back, they said they would come out next on list. The man showed up, unplugged all the drying agents/fans etc, and then told me he could fix it today! Well, the floors are still drying and i need a quote to submit first, He said he would send me an estimate via email, still havent gotten one. He never did plug fans/ dehumidifier back in, so service master came back and said a couple more days, THANKS precision plumbing for making my problem worse!

Pretty sorry company, if you ask me. They charge hourly, but took multiple smoke breaks while on the job although we did get them to knock some money off the bill after alerting management about it. They also do not stand by their work so if something breaks shortly after, you'll be paying dearly to have it fixed. We had a simple problem less than a year after installation and instead of coming out and fixing it, they claimed it was a product malfunction, which was totally bogus. The repair person was very confrontational and made me feel very uncomfortable. I would not recommend these guys to my worst enemy.

I used Precision to install all the gas piping for our home. They did a first rate job and were very reasonable. The people from PNG came out to inspect the line and filters before they agreed to hook up the meter, per code. They said ""whoever did this work really did a great job- very professional job with quality materials."" I'm not an expert in the field, but when the gas company compliments someone else's work, it must be good!

These guys really are as good as it gets. Imagine this... I come home from a long day at work to hear my girlfriend telling me, ""we have a problem."" She leads me to the toilet that won't flush. I start to use the plunger and after a few minutes water starts seeping from between the toilet and hardwood floor. Time to call Precision Plumbing. They showed up within AN HOUR of me calling!! Mind you, it was about 6pm ON HALLOWEEN NIGHT. The guy who showed up was awesome; I couldn't have asked for a better plumber. Not only could he correctly identify the problem, he was able to fix it that night. Stop wasting time on the internet looking for another plumber, because you won't find a better one. These guys are top notch. I will 100% be using their services in the future.

I've contracted with these guys several times to do odd jobs and they are very consistent in the quality of service they provide and the prompt and friendly nature of their staff. With the service industry being hit or miss most of the time its always refreshing to find a company that 1)actually shows up 2)does the work they are supposed to and 3)charges a reasonable price for their services. It will usually run you 150$ for the first hour they are in your home but if you aren't very confident in your repair skills it will be money well spent.
