The ownership of Precision Plumbing LLC belongs to John Hensley and Lora Hensley. John spent his childhood in Crivitz, WI and finished high school at Crivitz High. John pursued studies at NWTC in the five-year plumbing apprenticeship program. Following that, he worked three additional years as a licensed Journeyman Plumber in the state. Currently, John holds the title of Wisconsin Master Plumber. Lora grew up in Coleman, WI and studied at NWTC, and earned her degree with distinction with an associate's diploma in Digital Media Technology.

Julie B.I had a garbage disposal installed and it failed within a month. I called John and he said he would be out the following week to replace. Never showed or called. I called again and he said again he would be out the next week to replace (another no show) Now he screens calls and never answers the phone and I'm totally disappointed. Poor customer service for warranty work. Would not recommend. Quality companies would stand behind there products and service and he did not!
