Precision Plumbing LLC is owned and operated John and Lora Hensley. John spent his childhood in Crivitz, WI and graduated from Crivitz High School. He attended NWTC in the five-year plumbing apprenticeship program. Following that, he worked three more years as a State of Wisconsin Journeyman Plumber. He is now a licensed Wisconsin Master Plumber. Lora was raised in Coleman, Wisconsin and studied at NWTC, where she graduated with high honors with an associate's diploma in Digital Media Tech.

Julie B.I had a garbage disposal installed and it failed within a month. I called John and he said he would be out the following week to replace. Never showed or called. I called again and he said again he would be out the next week to replace (another no show) Now he screens calls and never answers the phone and I'm totally disappointed. Poor customer service for warranty work. Would not recommend. Quality companies would stand behind there products and service and he did not!
