John and Rhonda are great to work with! They have gone out of their way to help us with an emergency plumbing issue, even rescheduled for an earlier day without my asking. Also, advised that unit might be under warranty and I should check my paperwork. I couldn't be happier with how professional and timely they have been to work with. They are busy folks so I understand the other reviewers expecting follow ups but they are there when you need them! I don't need the hand holding follow ups, just the Plumbing expertise!

I had such a great experience with this company, from the initial phone call to the actual service. I had an issue with my master bath faucet. John and Tony showed up when they said they would and fixed the issue within an hour. Both were friendly, personable and professional. The price was reasonable too. I would certainly use them in the future and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone with a plumbing issue.

Acceptable work. No follow ups or calls returned after following up multiple times. Not a good experience in terms of expecting a follow up call and from the customer service aspect.

Make sure you do your homework. I'm once again browsing yelp looking for a plumber and saw this page again and feel like other locals should know about what I experienced.

Our bathroom backed up, which has happened before due to old pipes and some tree roots, and the person I'd had fix it before wasn't available so I called precision based on the yelp reviews. I believe it was the owner who showed up and maybe one other person. It was about 30 or 45 minutes and a little snake work in the front cleanout before he started saying the words ""insurance claim number"".

I was told that we had a cracked pipe underground and basically our whole bathroom and hallway and possibly kitchen area would need to be dug up so that it could be replaced. I do not recall how that conclusion was met as this happened a while back. Considering it was a common issue (without regular snake work done) I was a little apprehensive but decided to trust the judgment of the professional. It was something crazy like over $20,000 or something like that, which is why ""Insurance claim number"" was brought up, repeatedly.

We called the insurance company, claim inspector came out and looked around and was also apprehensive. I decided to get a 2nd opinion from a family friend who is also a plumber but not in my area. He suggested I call a drain specialist before doing anything, and sure enough one showed up, went on the roof that has another cleanout (which I remember the precision plumbers didn't care to look at, or claimed that it had nothing to do with the issue), and cleared up the issue.

This could have just been a simple case of missing something or overlooking something, I'm not going to make any accusations in a yelp review. This could simply be on off day and only my personal experience with this company. However, being in the skilled service industry myself, something as basic as a 2nd cleanout should have been looked at before jumping to a conclusion of a massive problem that can only be solved by jackhammers and huge checks.

We called Precision Plumbing to remove an old toilet and install a new one. We knew there were water connection issues and expected difficulties. John Conicelli and his assistant did a great job for a very fair price. They had to cut an opening in a wall papered wall and remove 3 ceramic tiles to change water line location. He had another contractor patch the drywall, reset tiles and wall paper over the patch. Beautiful work and done very promptly! On top of the good work these are very nice people! Will definitely call them for future plumbing jobs!!!

When we recently had a complicated plumbing line challenge in the wall of our condominium that required extensive repair and replacement we were referred to Precision. The job took a few weeks and required coordination with other contractors, the insurance company, and the tenant. I I had written the script for professional service it could not have surpassed the service we received. Between John and Rhonda we felt like we were dealing with friends not a contractor we had never met. It is unlikely we will find any kind of contractor we would be more comfortable dealing with.

Rhonda was awesome! Great customer service! Took care of me right away. Called her around 8:30AM. She had a plumber out the same day to replace a thermostat on a water heater. Plumber actually arrived within the 3 hour window she gave me and took care of the problem, no questions asked. What a relief! I will be using them again!

I don't write many reviews, in my opinion the majority of good reviews are simply a reflection of businesses or contractors doing their job.

But in this case one must give credit where the credit is due.

Being in Relands most of my adult life & I relied on another big name plumbing service in town for years.

Took a leap of faith today & very glad that I made the switch.

My drain was semi-clogged last night & flowed very slowly, knowing that if I delay repair I could end up w/ clogged drain on 4th of July, which would render me SOL.

Called Precision Plumbing 7:00am sharp, a lady answered the call within 3 rings & provided me an estimated arrival btwn 8-10am.

Two guys arrived exactly 9:00am sharp, assessed the situation, made a few recommnedations & went straight to work.

I have seen plumbers operating snakes for years, and the guys from PP are as thorough as they come. They ran the snake back/forth 3 times, and as a result retrieved a bunch of roots which blocked the flow.

A year & half ago the other big name plumbing company in Redlands performed the exact job for me, but they ran the snake just once. Needless to say did not retrive nearly as much roots as the guys from PP.

They even rinsed off their work area afterwards, which I thought was a nice touch, especially it wasn't their mess to begin with.

Bottom line: Service is outstanding, emloyees are courteous, professional and punctual, price is highly competitive. Deal with confidence.

So our washer supply line valves started leaking tremendously and we had to turn off our water. I called Precision and though they were booked out that day, one of their guys (didn't get his name but the one with the tattoos and piercings) came by within an hour and got us stabilized until he could come back the next day to properly repair the valves.

He promptly returned the next day, changed out the valves, and even installed new lines and put our washer in place for us. He was very nice.

We highly recommend them for our plumbing needs!

The folks at Precision Plumbing are honest, dependable, efficient and fairly priced.

We found Precision Plumbing the summer of 2010 when we needed an emergency plumbing repair at our rental home in Redlands. Having rental property in a location that you aren't able to visit frequently is challenging for many reasons, and hiring contractors to perform needed repairs is one of them.

We have used Precision Plumbing several times now and are completely satisfied with their work, service, communication, and actually feel lucky to have found them. They have done simple toilet repairs, snaked clogged lines, repaired outside irrigation lines and valves and replaced leaking shower valves. They have actually responded to a service request from us before where they told us, there wasn't actually a problem and no repairs were needed. As a landlord living far away (and they know this) it feels incredibly good to have someone we can trust.

There is one problem with Precision Plumbing, they won't travel 450 miles to service our primary residence. Actually, I've never asked.
