We had a very bad experience with this company....we had multiple things go wrong....They turned a simple 1 day job...into a 4 day job with multiple trip charges, the did not install some plumbing correctly which had to replace with another contractor. They significantly overcharged us and when we requested them to review their work and bill, they refused to come to back to our home.

Very efficient and excellent to work with. We had a new toilet and a new sink put into our 2 bathrooms. EVERYONE was excellent to work with (from scheduling the work to finishing the work) !! Darren and Patrick, in the office, made scheduling our appointments very, very easy. David, who did the estimate and plumbing work, was very kind, professional and conscientious about helping us get our plumbing issues taken care of !!! I had them do a heating system replacement. We are now at the end and I do not have sufficient heat in a basement room nor in the spaces above it. I have been attempting to get them to tell me how and when they are going to fix this. I reported this in the end of January 2021 and it is now March of 2021. I do now know, if or when they will finish the project correctly.

They came in for several issues related to our kitchen sink and were able to resolve all of them. The plumber was here for a good bit of time but everything is done well, tidy, and sturdy. He was very kind and understanding with our schedules and left us a note when he left that was very touching. I would whole-heartedly recommend them for future plumbing projects!

Great job. Delbert is the best. Did replacement of basement water heater, toilet fix, replaced 2 shower heads, AND did a complete redo of improper, illegal pipe setup around a sump system which some other plumbers probably would not touch. Poor customer service. I scheduled an appointment a week ago ( I scheduled for my day off), to have a water heater installed, as the old one was badly leaking. The morning of the appointment, I called to verify my 1:00 appointment. I was told 2 employees are sick, so I would have to reschedule, and it would be another week out. My other option would be to have someone come out after hours, for and extra $100.00. I understand that people get sick. However precision did not make an effort to solve the problem. I wonder how they decide what appointments to keep and what ones to cancel. And since they are the ones who had to cancel, Then why not accommodate customers after hours, WITH OUT an extra $100.00 Charge. Also very rude on the phone.

This company was more than $1,000 off their bid, even thought they had plenty of opportunity to look the job over and bid. They were the lowest bid by $250 but when they handed the bill, it was 25%B over....what the hell????....The toilet (set in concrete) was placed 4 inches to far from the wall and looks horrible, the shower drain was placed 1 1/2"" off center (again in concrete) so I HAD to re-frame it a second time. They then preceded to leave a pile of left over concrete on the lawn right next to the dumpster (apparently too lazy to actually put it IN the dumpster) and then to cap it all off, they were packing up (job done) when I noticed a puddle of water on the floor; not a leak ; THEY BROKE THE TOILET TANK UPON INSTALL AND WERE GOING TO LEAVE IT LIKE THAT!!!!!!!!! What the HELL???? SERIOUSLY???? So I HAD to go to Home Depot at 6pm and get another toilet (No new tanks available) and do all the repairs myself....for all the shit work they did and the over charged prices, I could have done this work myself. I have been a contractor for 20+ years but just didn't have the time....So, I WILL BE sending them a bill for all of MY time to repair their crap work....CUSTOMERS BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!! They will give you a ""Lowest BID"" then jack up the price when they hand you a bill and you will have more headaches than you want..... this company SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have had Precision out three times, and have been extremely pleased all three. New toilets, move plumbing and install new faucets were all done timely and expertly.

Their quick response, friendly plumbers and office staff, and VERY reasonable prices make them a winner in my book.
