So happy with the service I got from this company. Robert and Ryan came promptly and gave me an estimate on the work. Once I agreed, they were out the very next day to fix it! Amazing service and they were on time both times. I am so glad I went with them.
I had a very different experience with another plumber who I could not get on the phone and when I finally did, he said he would come at a certain time on a certain date and never did! Totally wasted my time and when I called him to follow up, he said oops I forgot! Are you kidding me!

The drain from my washer to the main line was clogged. I thought I could snake the pipe myself but I couldn't get the snake to work properly in the pipe. I called precision plumbing and was able to get this cleared. The lady answering the phone was polite and took my information and scheduled me in. The plumber, Kenny Barnes was at my house within about an hour and was able to clear the drain within minutes! An electric snake is the way to go obviously and the skill to get it done. Precision was half the price of the last plumbers I had out. I don't remember who they were although they did a good job. I am keeping precision's number in my phone for sure. Military/first responder discount to top it off. Thanks.

I was so excited to receive a response indicating it's never too late to call them back out. When I phoned I was told they'd send a supervisor out however, they did not. They sent another young guy. While Joe was here he replaced the parts in the one of the 2 toilets they were supposed to repair the first time. I asked for an estimate to repair the kitchen sink that was stopped up and backing up into the dishwasher. I kept explaining it to him and putting emphasis on the smell. He said he couldn't smell anything but he replaced the basket strainer and installed another garbage disposal that I'd purchased the night before. He never addressed the smell or touched the dishwasher or nor the large U shaped pipe underneath the sink that I explained was also producing this smell. It just dawned on me that a plumber I called prior to Precision returning listened to me explain the symptoms once and he immediately told me there's still water in the dishwasher from it being backed up. Now I wish I had let him come out because the smell is still so strong that I haven't been able to eat or watch TV in the kitchen. I just keep thinking that if the plumber on the phone knew that he'd have to check and drain the dishwasher just from my description why didn't Joe even open the dishwasher or U shaped pipe while he was here replacing the basket strainer and garbage disposal. I'm out another $237 in labor plus the $119 for the garbage disposal and the dishwasher leaves a thick, starchy substance on all the dishes and puts out this strong, toxic smell so I've been forced to wash dishes by hand every since my second visit from Precision. I just don't think he was thorough if the plumber on the phone new the dishwasher needed to be drained inside, sight unseen. Planning to call one last time as soon as they open in the morning.

Way too expensive at 95 dollars a hour per person broke my bank, I will need to go to the salvation army for toilet paper. Sad.

they are the best!! I called in the am because my shower handle for the hot water didn't want to turn off and they came out that morning - fixed everything at a very reasonable price - Mike was the technician and he couldn't have been nicer - I fell you should share when you have a great experience since there are so many bad companies out there - Precision deserves all your work!!! they are fantastic!!

Well, it took a bit longer than I (and they) expected, but they worked through some hiccups and completed the job nicely. After discovering that some of their equipment was faulty, they eventually got everything they needed and got my kitchen snaked. They also didn't charge me extra, even though they had to do it from the roof. Although it took 4 hours (what would probably have taken under 2hrs if everything was working right), I was very grateful that Precision stayed late on a Friday night to get it all done, and get it done correctly!

Thank you Precision Plumbing for getting my plumbing issue fixed. Don't know what caused the plumbing issue but they were at my house within the hour and everyone else we called said they could be there in the morning or in 48 hours which was crazy. There was no way that amount of water could sit on my bathroom floor for that long without causing additional damage. So thanks again for your excellent service.

Saved the day on a Sunday. Had main line clog, we couldn't use anything in the house. He came in a half hour, and cleared it quickly. Definitely call again.
