I've never needed a plumber before, so when I had a clog that was backing up everything (and I mean everything) through my downstairs shower and all of my efforts were exhausted I started looking. I saw Precision Plumbing had a near perfect rating on Yelp with not one negative review so I gave them a call and if I had to do it all over again not only would they would be at the top of my list, but my list would only contain one name.
Robert and Bobby came out and took care of my issue and were both professional and courteous the entire time. They have certainly earned my business should I ever have a plumbing need that I cannot handle alone. Highly recommended.

I am extremely happy with Precision Plumbing. My toilet needed to be replaced, so I checked Google and Yelp for the best rated plumbers in the area. I called over half a dozen, none of which would give me a quote over the phone. They all wanted to send out someone out to give the estimate, which would cost X number of dollars. Of course, that fee would apply towards the work, if we went ahead. Nope. I called Precision and they gave me an estimate over the phone, so I went with them. The plumber showed up on time and was kind enough to pick up the toilet I bought at Home Depot, as I can't lift it due to a broken rib. He installed the new toilet quickly, did a great job and left the bathroom clean. There was only one issue. They had charged me a higher rate than quoted. When I brought it to their attention, they admitted their mistake, took responsibility, and immediately resolved the issue. I do not feel they were trying to cheat me in any way or get out of it, even though it lost them $75. I would definitely use them again .

I am a second time customer to Precision, both with fantastic experiences. Most recently, I had two toilets and a 20 year old water heater replaced. They were on time, professional, courteous, and cleaned up after their work. I highly recommend them.

I thought that I had a frozen pipe and called Precision Plumbing to start the process of getting it fixed. However first they walked me through steps to make sure that it could be fixed by me without having to have him come over. I was really lucky and their fix worked, and I was so happy to have received their help at no cost. If I have problems that need help I am definitely going to call them.

My parents had us all in town for Thanksgiving. On Black Friday, my dad and his neighbor worked all afternoon trying to fix the plumbing problem from the outside by snaking all the vents. By 4:30 pm it was pretty clear it was time to call a professional. My sister first called a competitor, but something told me to try and find another plumber. I'm so glad I did!

Melissa, the dispatcher, answered the phone. She was very pleasant and genuinely concerned. She said she'd call Mike who was already out working a job. He eventually called us to say he had another job before reaching us. Unfortunately, it meant we had to wait a few hours, but the service we received was totally worth the wait. My dad said Mike was a true professional, he talked to my dad as he worked through the problem each step of the way. After an hour and a half, our plumbing problem was fixed and at a very reasonable rate. My mom even gave Mike a plate of cookies to show her appreciation.

When someone treats my parents as well as Mike (and Precision Plumbing) did, I have to let others know about them. I highly recommend them!

Called on a Monday for a water spot on my ceiling, and they came out the next day. Figured out it was the toilet leaking from being incorrectly installed, repaired the toilet and explained what he was doing every step of the way. Really affordable for the work preformed and extra mile to correct someone else's mistakes!!

These guys were great. Another contractor doing some work discovered a leak that caused them to have to pause their job. I called Precision and they were out first thing the next day. They gave me a price up front that was very fair, got the work done in an hour, and did a fine job. They were extremely friendly, personable and a joy to work with. I highly recommend them for plumbing needs.

October 2014-present. Paul and his guys are awesome, they have done work on about six houses for us here in Hampton Roads. They have re-plumbed an entire house, installed fixtures, dishwashers, hot water heaters, etc. Very professional, easy to work with, and reasonably priced. Awesome. Won't use any other plumber.

My pipes have been clogged for about week i called them at around 11 a.m. and they said theyd be to my house around 130-400. I seriously almost cried because literally a week leaving to go to walmart to use the restroom with 4 adults and 5 kids is stressful!!! And tomorrow being thanksgiving, and me being the cook, it literally brought tears to my eyes. So they came around 3. I was making sweet potato piess (: & they went right to work. It was amazing that they came last minute and got in and out with no problems. And they were very very professional. Great place to work with. Awesome.
