I contacted a different Plumbing outfit and they wanted $2000 to do the two plumbing repairs at our rental. The other plumbing company wanted to break through the wall because they couldn't get a screw out to change the shower cartridge. Precision did a fantastic job and was able to do the job properly without cutting through walls.

Very friendly and helpful. They came out to unplug our washer drain. They ran behind in another job but called to reschedule for the next day. Eric was on time. He apologized for not making it the day before. He quickly fixed our problem. I will highly recommend them to anyone.

Anna was very responsive and very knowledgeable getting my appointment set up and helpful before the appointment. Darren was on time, knew what he was doing, and answered my random ""I don't know what I'm doing but want to learn"" questions (happily). Had an amazing experience with this company. Eric Nardo is an elite plumber with 37 years of NYC plumbing experience. He installed a sophisticated bidet toilet imported from Asia, got our tankless water heater booster back to code, fixed a seismic gas valve, installed a Grundfos instant hot water recirculating water system, and installed a bunch of sophisticated filtration systems within my home. Can't beat the prices either. A+

Had an emergency with our on-demand natural gas hot water heater, tap temperature only, and it was Friday morning before the Christmas weekend. Got a reference to Precision from the manufacturer, called and they arrived that afternoon. Identified the issue, enabled a short-term fix and...hot water! The replacement parts arrived and were installed the following Thursday. Easy to work with. Darren was very knowledgable and explained everything. They will be my ""go to"" plumbers from now on.
