Unfortunately this guy answers home warranty claims. And unfortunately he is a complete fraud and flake. He has not shown up 7 times to fix an issue we had put a claim in on and hangs up on us, doesn't call us back and is just a complete fraud and totally unprofessional. DO NOT use this company.

Once Jay had received his full payment and finished the job, I noticed that the water from the faucets he had installed was discolored and coming out brown. He assured me he would come back to resolve the issue, but he never did. On a positive note, Jay was very friendly and always had a reasonable explanation for his tardiness.

I had a leak ?in my ceiling along with a few other problems. Tech 21 Eduardo came out a night to diagnose the problem for me and was super professional and documented all the plumbing issues so I could get everything taken care of. He also helped explain the issues to my HOA. I'm very grateful he was able to make it over on short notice.
