After a nightmare experience with a well known Santa Cruz plumbing company, I called Bay Plumbing for a recommendation for an honest, knowledgable, experienced plumber to pick up the pieces left by the company that couldn't or wouldn't complete the job.

Bay Plumbing recommended Dennis who is the owner of Precision Plumbing. He was at my house in less than 20 minutes and took care of the problem in less than 10 minutes!

The previous company sent two men who were unable to install a new kitchen faucet hose and told me that if they had to unmount the faucet in order to feed it through, they would have to charge me for 4 hours of labor! Dennis of Precision Plumbing connected the new hose by himself in short order. His charge was so minimal I paid him more than he asked for.

I will continue to use only Dennis for my plumbing needs!!
