We were recommended Precision Plumbing and were not disappointed. Marty is an excellent plumber - very knowledgeable he detected the pipe that was leaking and then fixed the problem promptly. Marty was punctual and went through each and everything in detail. More people should learn from him. We will definitely use him and his company for future needs and would recommend/refer him to anyone in need of a good, trust worthy plumber.

Great Service and Price.
We had a flood at our house over the weekend. I was out of town so my wife had to find a plumber. Lucky for us she found Precision Plumbing. They came out and took care of the problem right away. They were very professional and courteous which is important when I am out of town and my wife has to deal with this type of situation.
I have friends in the industry but we couldn't get ahold of them and it was an emergency. I had my friend check the work and their price yesterday and it was spot on. He said the work was Quality and the price was good.

I have been using precision Plumbing for years. Marty and his crew are awesome!! They always do a professional and clean job at a reasonable price. I would never use anyone else. I have referred them to my clients and family and everyone I know has loved the service. I can't say enough about this company. They are wonderful!

I was recommended this plumbing company by my mom who has used them for years. I had other companies tell me no or quote me at a higher price. I would recommend this company to anyone with any pluming problem.

I can't believe I even have to give one star. I never leave reviews on anyone... so you know it's bad if I'm taking my time to do this!
My home warranty sent this joke of a company out to my home. We had an emergency plumbing issue as we had no shower and no toilet. 4 days later..... I had to call THEM! And when I told them they had not called like my warranty said they had, they said it ""wasn't their fault"" and not to tell Warranty!!!
After snaking my toilet line for about 10 minutes I walked out to catch him smearing sewage off my garage floor. Not only was he dirty when he showed up but he left raw sewage all over my walls, garage floor, sink AND EVEN CARPET!
To make matters worse, he let me know he had done all what warranty covered and didn't even offer me another phone number to call someone who could help us with out problem.

Precision Plumbing is far from precise. Not punctual. Not professional. Not polite. Not knowledgeable. But he was combative rude, and disorganized. And for Kerry K who wrote a positive review (obviously not an arms-length review) this WAS the owner. I'd prefer to have my house wash away than to invite Martin back in.

If you read the reviews you will see there are only negative reviews, however, if you go to the website you will see that the Company is part of The BBB which is hard to keep unless you keep your standards up. Also, you will see that most of these people complain about their home warranty, which leaves the actual plumbing company out of control on when they will get approval. These people should actually be reviewing their warranty companies not the actual plumbing company. Also, the people they refer to are not the owner, maybe next time you have a problem with an employee you should ask to speak to the owner or manager and you may get a little further.

All of that being said I had a wonderful experience, no problems at all, great service, get work. I however, do not have a home warranty company I am going through so I didn't have to wait for any sort of approval, I just got what I needed done, it was done right, professionally and timely.

Keep up the great work and standards of your company Precision.

I live here in RSM, I wanted to write a review to tell you how pleased I am with Precision Plumbing! I called the company in the middle of the night, the owner answered the phone, and was out to my house within a half hour. It turned out that I had a major water leak in the garage coming from my water heater. The technician assessed the situation immediately and made the repairs within an hour. The price for after hours service was very reasonable and affordable. I was very pleased with the service he provided. I highly recommend Precision Plumbing to my family and friends. I was most impressed with the follow up service the company provided the next day to insure that everything was in good working order. Again I highly recommend this company.

They are so bad a company, and very unprofessional service.

We have our irrigation system pipe burst, so turn off the water meter, and we call this company Sunday night to schedule 9:00am next day to repair that, they agreed.

Next day, they didn't show up, so we call them again, and they don't admit there is an appointment, instead, they promise to come 10:00 to 12:00am, and we said ok. So they send a tech our home on 12:00am.

That tech look around, said that we don't have irrigation system control valve there, so he needs to cut the pipe to add a valve, then the house water systems can come back. After that, he will fix the irrigation system.

I have no idea about the valve, so I trust his judgement, and he did cut the pipe, but he can't find any valve in his car, so he has to add a cap there temporary. Besides that, he also has no material of irrigation system ready with him. So he charged me $125 for this visit, and told me that he will charge me another $210 for next visit to add the valve and fix the irrigation system.

Lucky that our neighbor heard what he told me, so neighbor shared with me their plumber's information. When neighbor's plumber came, he immediately found the irrigation system valve, which is actually within 1 meters of the pipe which the tech cut.

So actually we DO HAVE the valve, and what the tech needs to do is just to tell us the valve, and just use that valve directly to recover the house water system, NO necessary to cut the pipe, and charge us additionally.

Now, besides that $125 we paid for the tech's poor one time service, we also have to pay for the damage he made (we need the plumber to buy the pipe or valve to repair the one being cut). But the plumber will only charge us $100 for the repair, we feel lucky that we don't have to be cheated again by the tech and paying him another $210.

So, the lesson is: it is really critical to evaluate the company before you use their service. I will not use them if saw these reviews. And I hope my story can help the others to avoid this kind of things happen again.
