2021 Update: Our home unfortunately developed a hot water pipe leak in the foundation. After talking to one plumber who recommended a complete repipe, we got a 2nd opinion from Precision Plumbing and confirmed that a repipe was the best long term solution. So we went with Chris and Precision Plumbing once again for a complete hot and cold repipe, as well as an upgrade to a tankless water heater and removal of our old tank water heater. It took about 4 days but we now have an all new plumbing system and an endless supply of hot water - not to mention we're saving energy and qualify for a nice rebate. Chris and his brother have great positive attitudes and the expertise.

Chris had his guy come out today and inspect our water leak for free. His technician was able to pinpoint the problem of where it was leaking in the concrete. We got a fast, detailed and competitive quote. We couldn't go with them only because our homeowners association finally came around with their maintenance team and determined it would be covered by the HOA insurance and they needed to use their contracted plumbers. Otherwise I would have for sure used Precision as they definitely instilled confidence in their diagnostic and reasonable pricing.

my hot water heater was leaking from the flex pipe and the shut off valve was ""frozen"" from non-use over the years. the main water shut off valve for the house failed to shut off the water completely so i needed an emergency repair. i got 3 quotes on the same day. i only chose 5 star companies. the first 2 quotes were really high. my 3rd quote was beyond reasonable i thought i was being punked! LOL! the 2nd quote told me he had to dig into the dirt in order to replace the main water shut off valve. christian told me that wasn't necessary and he was able to do it without digging. christian's response time was 7 minutes from when i requested a quote. he went out of his way to pick up parts, job was done quickly and efficiently. christian is funny and personable and was super easy to talk to. he answered all my questions throughout the repair and i learned a lot! he is honest, reliable, reasonably priced and did a great job - what more could you ask for? i HIGHLY recommend christian and will definitely call him for future repairs! please keep your prices reasonable and you have a customer for life! christian is AWESOME!
