Our 7 year old water heater gave up on us and left a large puddle in the garage on a Tuesday afternoon. Louis, and his helper Joe, were dispatched to rescue us and were on the scene in just a couple of hours. He did a beautiful, quick, professional job installing what must be, for the price, the best water heater known to exist. We paid more than top dollar but got what we paid for. I'll be taking better care of this one, following the tips they provide on their web site, because if I don't get at least twice the life expectancy I won't be getting my monies worth. I'm sure I could have gotten a better price, but I also know I could not have gotten better service or better quality work. Louis had all the right tools and fittings to have us in hot water by supper time. He was friendly and courteous and left the job site neat and clean.

Our shutoff valve malfunctioned and couldn't turn the water supply back on to the house.. plus our valves under the sinks were corroded and green.. we just bought the house recently so it was upsetting.. We called Precision Plumbing and they said they would send a man out and would call us within 30 minutes when he was en route..They called back in 10 minutes and Jose arrived shortly thereafter... He had all the jobs done very quickly and sure knew his job well... All in all I give 5 stars out of 5 and signed up for their warranty for Air Conditioner, Heater and all plumbing jobs with 15% off all parts and labor for a year... 5 Stars

Our main water line to our irrigation system was leaking. We called Sunday morning and they had someone out within an hour to look assess the problem and give us a quote. To be honest, the quote was a little high for my liking. Hansel gave me two quotes, one to replace just the problem and the other to replace everything from the irrigation shut off to the street shut off. Both prices were very high so I reluctantly told him the cheaper of the two is all I could afford. In small talking he found out that my wife and I are both CCSD teachers and he took off a significant amount (like 20%) to help make it easier to replace the entire water line (which was 40 years old). So I went with the entire line.
As far as the install, everything went very smooth and super quick. We have a newer desert landscape and Hansel (the technician) apologized ahead of time stating that he and his crew are not landscapers but they will do their best to make sure everything is returned back to its original conditions. I'm not a jerk about things like this but it was a nice gesture. Within 30 minutes, he had two more guys, Chris and Daniel I believe, out and working. They started around 10am and finished at 4:30pm. The guys worked hard and did a solid job. Everything was put back and they kept working beyond expectation. I kept telling them to just stop because I can do the finishing touches with the landscaping but they kept insisting on doing a little bit more.
Overall, i know the price was a little higher than if I went through a smaller company but I can't complain with the quality and warranty (20years) for the job. I'm glad Hansel worked with me to help make sure I could afford to cure the problem rather than just put a band-aid on it. Otherwise, their prices would have been out of my reach for this project.
I should give 4 stars because of the price but the quality of the workers (work ethics and professionalism) was 6 stars.

First- I want to begin by stating that the tech was great! My issue was the cost of the repair. We had a 15 minute service call to simply replace a cartridge in a shower faucet. $362.50 was the total AFTER using the $25 coupon online! We feel this is way too much (almost $400!) and would hope that they chalk it up to a billing error and refund at least $120. The part itself is no more than $60 and it only took 15 minutes to complete the install. How in the world does the total reach nearly $400 (remember we used a coupon too)? Unless that part was made of 18k gold- we'd have to recommend you find another plumbing company. :( We had hoped this would be our ""go to"" company for plumbing...
Manager David is supposed to call us tomorrow. I'll update review based on how that goes. Stay tuned...

Called them to fix main water line to house he comes out looks at it tells me 190.00 to fix it and he has to go to a pluming place to get a part he was gone for a while well at least I so thought he had pulled up where I couldn't see him out there and had got it to were he was almost done when I seen he was out there and he never got a new part look at picture that's the new part does it look new to you ?? well about month later it starts to leak again I called them up the guy tom started to give me a line of crap they sent out another two guys they looked at it said it had a pin hole that it wasn't the other guys fault sorry to say it was his fault.. the guy called his boss came back we were looking at tells me it will be a temporary fix and it will cost 500.00 then they will have to come out and replace the whole line for an additional 4000.00 well to make a long story short I replaced the line myself for less then 140.00 I wouldn't hire these guys to change my sink water !!! Oh and called them up on Monday was told a boss was going to call me back about the new part he never called !! Go figure!!!

I had a great experience with precision plumbing.
Technician Hansel V came right out in less than an hour. I thought I had a big plumbing problem but it turned out to be nothing. I really appreciate the honesty because they could of charged a lot for work not needed and didn't. 5 stars.

They don't give estimates over the phone for you been straightforward jobs so I decided to call somebody else. I imagine everybody else on here has a busy life as well and it's really inconvenient from a time perspective to have to wait for an estimate when you don't even know if they're in the ballpark of what you want to pay. Plus who wants people coming in and out of their house wasting their time when they don't even have a clue about the pricing.

Over priced. I had Tony P come out for an estimate to replace my hot water heater. He quoted me a price of $2000 to include permit and strapping. The existing water heater is special kind that also works with the house heater during winter.

I called Einstein Pros and Luis came out. I got the job done for $1525 to include permit and strapping.

He did a wonderful job and he was detailed about his work. I will recommend Einstein Pros plumbing and heating to all. Thanks a lot Einstein Pros!

Francisco was very nice and professional. He actually called to come early, which is a rarity in the service industry. He also took time to explain what happened to my toilet that it needed to be fixed. Had to go to two different stores to get a part, but he kept me informed the whole time. Thanks!

Was fucking bullshit... literally did nothing at all.. made me wait 3 hours for nothing because he couldn't get into the unit below me.. I have the leak not them!! Literally just wasted my time.. dispatcher was friendly.. everything else was bullshit
