The main water line in our front yard sprung a leak. We called Precision Plumbing and Leo came to the house the next day, since it was an emergency. He dug up the line where the leak was and he found the problem. The line, which looked like a water hose, was old and deteriorating. He discussed the options with us and we decided to have him replace and reroute the line. The price was reasonable and he was able to start the job the following week. It took a couple days and we were very happy with the work and there was minimal interruption with the water being turned off. We highly recommend Precision Plumbing!

Don is a great GC and managed the entire job of plumbing repairs, demo of walls and shower that were damaged by the leak, removal of mold, installation of new shower, drywall and painting. We are a downtown Sacramento Hotel and immediately needed replacing our huge commercial water heaters (boilers). Having used Don on smaller plumbing jobs previously we invited him to inspect and bid the job and looked to stay within our budget. He was not only well versed on the product need but to our luck have had lots of previous experience dealing with such a big project. Within days of his first visit he got us a bid within our budget and preplanned the installation so our guests would be without water for the least amount of time. On the day of the install, he efficiently showed up an hour prior to start time and began prepping. The water was back in a short two hours even though the install took him a few more thereafter. I can say with confidence that no job is too big nor small for Don and that his knowledge and attitude is the very best one can hope for. He maintains a good order in which he plans and works through a project and was very mindful of our hotel and our guest needs. In short he worked around our needs even though he could have saved himself time and thereby money if the job itself was his top priority. We would definitely use him over and over again and strongly recommend him. We will end by asking why can't all the tradesmen we deal with be like him?

While driving home from vacation, we got a call that our rental property had a sewer backup and our tenants needed help ASAP. Needless to say, this was not the news we wanted at the end of our trip. We called Precision Plumbing & Sewer and Don was a life saver! From the first phone conversation we felt relieved knowing that he was there to help. He was quick to act on a Sunday morning and had the line cleared in no time. The problem stemmed from something outside of our property line so he gave us advice on what to do if we had any problems in the future and he even made a follow up call to make sure that everything was working properly a few days later. We felt that the charges were more than reasonable especially for an emergency weekend call. Great service and no overcharging. We would highly recommend and will definitely use again.
