OMG, I can't recommend them enough! Levi and his crew are the best!! They gave me an assessment over the phone so I had an idea what I could potentially be getting into. He (Levi) was extremely polite and respectful, there was good communication and they were able to come out quickly. They had to replace a nozzle, so it turned out not to be all that expensive but the plumber I was with before just came to the house with much reluctance, turned off the faucet, which was too difficult for me to turn, then charged me $50 w/o fixing the problem. I was literally in a state of shock. I'm sure the guy noticed my jaw dropping! Anyway, I was so pleased that Precision was able to fix the problem and I don't have to worry about it anymore. Thank you Levi and Precision! You're the Best!

From a family gathering my youngest grandchild threw an empty Rx pill bottle top in the toilet. Two repairmen showed up after a day. They pulled the toilet advising me that since the toilet was 20 yrs old, it would probably need to be replaced shortly. They cleared the obstruction and resealed the toilet.
Total cost was $322. I found these service repairmen professional and the cost pretty much standard. I would use this company again.

I don't know what it is with all these incompetent, lying plumbers in Roseburg, but this is the second plumber we've tried to have come out and fix a couple leaks. The first plumbing service we used (Service Tech Plumbing) over charged us and lied to us about fixing the leaks so we made an appointment with Precision Plumbing hoping to finally get this taken care. They never showed up so we called them and were rudely informed we did not ""confirm"" our appointment despite confirming it when it was made. Levi proceeds to explain that he sold our appointment because he wanted to move us up, but couldn't get a hold of us the week prior. That's not how appointments work. We are paying you to work on our time, not the other way around. We had an appointment made weeks in advance and were ready for it. Our entire morning was wasted getting ready and waiting for this company to send out a plumber. We've dealt with too many idiots in the plumbing business this month and don't plan on spending the rest of our day waiting by the phone to ""maybe"" get a phone call to get us fit back in when we already had an appointment. Be wary of all the cattle that just throw 5 star reviews out there without actually reviewing the business because it leads to situations like this where you think you're hiring a reputable service.

They got here quickly and they had the fridge part to hook up the ice-maker but couldn't figure out why one toilet didn't drain well. At $190 in labor for less than an hour, couldn't they have taken the toilet off and ran the snake? Or ran the snake down the main drain outside the house? All I was told was to buy a new toilet!
