I cannot say enough good things about this company! We smelled burning electronics right before the A/C quit working on Sunday night. Called a couple of places with good reviews on google. Mike from Precision One called back first thing Monday and we made an appointment for the same morning. They showed up within minutes of the scheduled time (which NEVER happens!), asked a few questions and climbed up into the attic where our blower unit lives. They tested everything before letting us know the motor was bad. We got an estimate and a caution that depending on availability, the motor could take up to three weeks to arrive. Precision One found the part about an hour away, drove out to get it and showed up to install it (again on time). We got excellent communications the entire time. They were neat, personable, explained everything clearly and answered every question. They made sure to show me both the new part and the bad one, even taking it apart to show me where the wires had fried. And in the end our grand total was less than the estimate. I hope I never need these guys again but rest assured, if I ever do, they will be the only place I call! Thanks Mike and Nick!! Job well done!

Our hot water heater was leaking, called three different companies for help and a quote. Found Mike and he was patient with all of my questions, had a same day appt, came and did a thorough job. The 3-year warranty on parts and labor beat the competitors.

Precision One was fantastic! Mike and Nick were on time...even early! They worked quickly and even cleaned up after they were finished! Their customer service was very good...which can be hard to come by these days. Excellent work by this company. I highly recommend them.

I have a tenant whose AC went out on a Thursday. Call my reg AC company Burgesson who said their next appt would be the following Monday. Not wanting the tenants to be wait over the weekend, I called Precision One and Mike said he would come out the following day. On Friday he showed up and said the fan blower in the AC was out. The cost would be $750. I told him at that cost, I would just replace the whole unit. I refuse the work. He then said that he would do me a FAVOR and charge me $550. That world be his bottom price and that he would not make anything. I told him to just charge the $125 diagnose fee and leave. On Monday, Burgesson came out and as expected it was the capacitor. They replace the capacitor, a filter and washed down the condensor coil for under $300. I'm assuming because the landlord, me, was out of town that Mike thought he could rip me off. Or he misdiagnosed the issue. I'm not saying to use Burgesson. They're the one I've been using for years. But this experience with Mike and Precision One should be noted to potential customers who are thinking of using Precision One.

Just had a new A C installed at my parents.
Guys had to hunt down another unit because the first was damaged at distributors. They found one and got it scheduled within a week and did a very thorough job. Great value great service and would absolutely recommend Precision One!

First of all I have to say we'd had an air conditioning company come out a couple of days before precision One came out and I totally feel like they ripped us off for $700. They put in what they said was Freon, and put a stop leak gas in a line (?) although they did tell us that it was probably only going to be a Band-Aid. And then precision one came out at 6:30 at night, my husband just called to ask a question and since two of the guys were local they came out and checked out our system told us that no matter what the guys did before it was not going to work because the compressor was broke. And we had a $700 electric bill for last month. so they gave us a super super good low price for a brand new 5ton unit. Came today to install Nick and Mike where the guys. They were on time, they were polite, they were thorough, they explained everything to me, stuck around until we could make sure the temperature dropped, put in a wonderfully quiet unit, all for about $5,000 to $9,000 less than our other prices that we got quoted. I want to thank the owner, and I want to thank Nick and Mike for being so patient with my nativity with this

These guys responded in less than 24 hours and immediately had the problem with my AC unit diagnosed and resolved the same day.
Although nobody wants to have to replace a unit, after nearly 20 years, it was expected. What I didn't expect was the low cost. They gave me a really good deal.
So fully installed and the old unit taken away to be disposed of properly, I am happy to say that it's cool in the house again.
Polite, came with masks (covid aware), very prepared, and super efficient. I highly recommend this company for AC repair/replacement/installation.
