Wow! I manage many properties so plumbing issues are typical. When a tenant in Plainfield explained serious leak issues, and my regular plumber couldn't figure out the source, he recommended Precision Leak Detection. These guys fit me into their schedule. We worked remotely by text, phone call, and photos. They had to cut into the closet drywall, which could be a disaster. Impressively, they made the smallest, most intelligent opening possible to find the leak. I reported their findings to the plumber to get it fixed. I couldn't be happier! So I finally had it with the tapping noise in one of our bathrooms. Fearing the worst (a leak) even though I had let this go on for some time, I decided today was the day to get a leak detection done.

To my surprise, Chris and Zack actually were able to work me into their schedule on the same day. The whole process took about almost 2 hours, but they were very thorough. Fortunately, the issue wasn't a leak and was just contracting/expanding older pipes.

I really appreciated the thorough explanation and answers to my questions. Chris and Zack were friendly, and it felt like I was talking to neighbors that were helping me out rather than someone I hadn't met. Chris is the business owner, and he offered to help out in the future should the need arise (and we both hoped it won't)! It's always reassuring to know that there are reliable service providers out there who take care of their clients whether it's first time service or return business!

We hired Precision Leak detection to locate the leak- He was wonderful, came out the day we called him, pinpointed the leak with thermal imaging, ultrasound and pressurized the lines with air to double check with ultrasound. Very informative and accurate. We Highly Recommend!
