We developed a swimming pool leak. We were losing 1"" per hour - 12,000 gallons per 24 hours. We were unable to find anyone in town avail to help without waiting up to 2 weeks for an appt. This was an emergency to us! We went onto their informative website and explained the situation. Steve responded to our request promptly and set an appt. Jeff was great ! He came out and diagnosed the problem quickly with his equipment. Jeff determined that the leak was coming from the drain. Steve and Jeff made a prompt follow appt to further diagnose and repair the problem. It was determined that a plug had disappeared from our drain. Steve was amazing as he dove down and plugged the hole. Jeff worked with him determining the correct size plug. What a team!!! They work side by side and their customer service was superb. I am a retired masonry contractor and I have had lots of years working with other contractors, I have never worked with anyone so thorough, professional and knowledgeable. We highly recommend Precision Leak Detection!
