We are very pleased with the new roof installed during November 2010. Charlie's crew was polite, well mannered and efficient. They did a complete tear-off and installed new felt, pipe flashing, ice & water shield in our valleys and 30 year architectural shingles.

Highly recommended! All the crews - carpentry, sheetrock, electrical and paint were great people. Their trade work was excellent and spot on, timely arrivals, and a genuine caring for space that is inhabited! Liberal use of plastic and paper for covering, keeping dust to a minimum, cleaning up the trash and hauling it away were all done daily. Good communication with contractor - which is always appreciated. Quality products, quality work and honest answers based on lots of experience. Glad I found these guys. Subdivided a bedroom to create walk in closet from adjoining bedroom. A wall was created, another wall from the back of the closet became a door. Electrical created with flush mount ceiling spots, ceiling fan removal and patch, wood floor blending. The remaining space will ultimately become a second bathroom with Charlie's help.

After getting a quote from a guy named Mike could not believe the deal if I was to pay in cash for services 2 days later an he told me the job would be early the next morning which I wanted he got there in his van an told me a few hundred more will get me an upgrade but would not stick to his original deal that he made unless I did the upgrade money was tight an he said he did not work off of payment plans nasty attitude

Charlie is a professional and he cares about quality. I needed framing and structural repair done in a bathroom and kitchen renovation in a short amount of time. Charlie responded quickly, met me the next day, and committed his crew to start work in under a week! Our communication throughout the project was excellent. Keven, the lead foreman, was also very helpful to talk through best solutions. I could not have been more pleased with the quality and workmanship of the finished product and it was at a fair price. In the short time that we worked together, I could see Charlie was a man of integrity that cares about his clients and making sure the job is done RIGHT!

Charlie met with us several times to go over what we wanted done, which included a installing a luxury vinyl floor, a new toilet, a new custom cabinet and mirror, a fan and recessed lighting, a new window, and removing the old tub and prepping the space for a cultured marble shower (with bench) and glass doors. Charlie and his team were a pleasure to work with, and the work went smoothly. We also asked Precision Carpentry and Plumbing to update or pipes beneath the house. Charlie anticipated potential issues (such as bracing the floor or replacing rotten beams) and so there were no surprises regarding the final fees. Charlie kept us in the loop every step of the way, and worked hard to minimize the inconvenience of being without a shower while the work was completed. There were a lot of components to this remodel, and suppliers did not always cooperate, but Charlie and his team kept us informed as the work went on. Precision Carpentry & Plumbing impressed by their quality, the attention to detail, and the attention to customer satisfaction. We are also delighted by the results! We'd happily use PC&P again for future projects.
