As a new, first-time homeowner I could not feel more confident in relying on Precision Plumbing for my plumbing needs.

There have been several issues, ranging in size and complexity, that have come up in settling into the place (a place with older plumbing), and Bart is always available to answer my questions, put my mind at ease, and take care of any problems. His problem-solving abilities and experience are proven, and the quality of his work is superb. I truly feel he is taking care of my issues as he would care for anything in his own home, and I appreciate that.

Precision has been exceptionally reliable in the two times we have needed plumbing assistance in recent months.

The first situation involved water in our garage that appeared to be coming from our washer. Chris from Precision came over and quickly diagnosed the problem as a cracked hose. He replaced it on the spot and we haven't had a problem since.

The more recent problem involved a toilet that was constantly running. Bart came over and quickly fixed the problem.

Precision is very prompt and efficient. I would highly recommend them.

I used this company on the word of mouth recommendation of a friend. I have to say that, while I am not very informed about my heating system, I felt very smart when he left. Bart, the owner, took his time to find my problem. He explained all of the options I had for repair and was very patient while I asked lots of stupid questions. He not only repaired my system, but cleaned up all of his things and was quite reasonably priced for most companies in this area. I will definitely use him again and recommend him to my friends and family. Thanks again, Bart. Oh and his kids are adorable also.
