Very dissatisfied!!

In early March we hired NT Precise Plumbing to replace shower fixtures that we had purchased on our own and needed them professionally installed. Explained to John exactly what was going on and he had given us a quote. We scheduled a time frame for the next day. He was over two hours late and when he completed the job his quote was an additional $200 than originally stated.
A few weeks later we noticed a constant drip from the faucet and called them back. Spoke to Crystal and made an appointment for the next day. A total of 4 hours passed since our scheduled appointment and no show and no call. Left another message for Crystal, John, anyone to call us back. We got a call from John around 9:20pm and he was less than apologetic for the inconvenience and was trying to reschedule for the next day. After multiple excuses, he was defensive and lacking accountability for his work. Then, he proceeded to use profanity. After that, I told him don't bother coming at all. Talk about being taken advantage of.
The next day spoke to Crystal and she offered to refund us our money. Well, it's been more than a month and 3 calls to the office, no response and no refund check. Poor business management and dishonest. We had to pay another plumber and he fixed John's lack of workmanship.

Contacted Precise Plumbing to address a suspected broken water heater. Precise Plumbing was able to quickly schedule us a service appointment. During the replacement of the water heaters, John found a water leak within our walls and found some issues with the original plumbing. John worked tirelessly for two nights to address all the issues.... a total of about 15 hours of labor, and got it all taken care of at a reasonable price. I'd recommend him to anyone, and we'll call him again for our next plumbing issue.

Very responsive. Replaced our 75 gallon hot water heater in the attic within 20 hours of it failing. It was a 6 hour job and was done efficiently and professionally.

Can't give enough accolades to Mr. Cook & his team at Precise for the overall service & expertise exhibited recently while refurbishing the hot water system in my home. Precise had installed the hybrid / tankless unit for me approximately two years ago. As explained, during the recent service call, the thermal heat exchanger in my system was bad & needed to be replaced. Replacing the exchanger in the unit required extensive disassembly & rebuild.

I, respectfully, thank Mr. Cook for his services & for standing behind his original warranty.

John was great. His team was very courteous and professional and took great lengths to ensure that they in no way damage our home, even going to the extent of covering their shoes with a plastic bag to avoid bringing in any dirt! the team was able to fix the issue with the water system in our home (there was an odd knocking each time we flushed the toilet). That was about 4 months ago and we still haven't heard the sound. Thanks guys!
