I booked services via text messages and a phone call with Lance. We decided upon 9:30/10 am yesterday. It is almost one day later and the owner has not shown up. I called him and left a voicemail, as well as followed up with a text message. I have received no reply to any of them.

We are building a house and had a water line run in the kitchen for a pot filler. The builder was charging 5x the retail price for the actual pot filler so we bought one from Amazon and called Precise Plumbing to ask for a quote to have it installed after we close on the house. Lance said """"it sounds fishy,"""" couldn't understand why the builder's plumber couldn't do it (um, because it's not included in the price of the house and we wanted to choose a good plumber with great reviews) and he refused to do it. SERIOUSLY? How hard is this to understand?

This plumber is unreliable. We had scheduled for him to come in hours before our business opened to do the repair. He never showed and when I called to see what had happened he answered the phone and said he couldn't do the job and hung up on me. I would not recommend this plumber at all!!!!
